Lisbon Adventure

The walking tour of Lisbon started at ground level to the heights of the city. It required a lot of walking, but our tour guide was careful to work in necessary breaks with traditional Portuguese treats along the way. The tour was chocked full of historical info and major city sights and neighborhoods.

Excellent Alfama Food Tour

The meeting place was easy to find. Ruthy our guide was friendly, had great stories to tell, and was very knowledgeable. The focus was on small family owned establishments.. There was plenty of food and drink to sample. Ruthy even explained how to make some of the food we ate. The group size was small so it was easy to meet and chat with the other guests.

There’s a lot of reasons to go on this walking food & drink & tasting tour. As we walked to restaurants we learned about the city & neighborhoods. Each stop had different, creative & delicious tastings & drinks. It was hard to pick our favorites. Livia had great stories for each tasting. There are lots of food tours in Lisbon. I’m so glad we picked this tour. We still talk about the different tastings. I’d do it again & highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the Pastel de Nata masterclass at Nat’elier, it was one of the highlights of our Lisbon trip. The class was so much fun, really engaging and very informative without ever feeling too formal. Everything was explained clearly, from the history of the pastel de nata to the techniques behind making them properly, and we got hands‑on throughout, which made it even better. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the hosts were fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. And the best part? The pastéis de nata we made were absolutely incredible, genuinely some of the best we tasted in Lisbon! A brilliant experience whether you love baking or just want to do something fun and unique while visiting the city. We’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a memorable, tasty activity.
