Our tour was done by Francesa. It was a fun and wild ride and she gave us good tips to enjoy the rest of our trip. She was lovely and we had a good time.
However, it was not quite the tour we had booked. We did not do all the things described in the itinerary. We did not stroll around Alfama and were given 5 minutes to view the top viewpoint there. The tour also stated that bottled water would be provided. It was super hot and sunny and we were not offered any water so that made it a bit difficult to stay engaged.

sorry for replying only now and for the misunderstanding..
Francesca has always been my mentor and she is the one who taught me how to do my job so I just guarantee for her when she is doing a tour..We give you few info online to give an idea about the tour but then the actual circuit may just depend on the season, on the sun light, on the traffic and we try to customize it..
we always have bottles of water or we go buy them if needed..there is not actual place on the back seats to leave them so you have to ask for a bottle and it will be given to you as promised;)
