We loved the tour - a true highlight of our stay in Lisbon. Sofia was so lovely, knowledgeable and fun! We learned so much about Portuguese food and culture from her and visited amazing restaurants with wonderful dishes. We were definitely all full at the end of our fun evening! Highly recommend this Lisbon activity.

Great way to try various foods and beverages from Portugal. Well organized and our guide Anna was fabulous! She gave lots of information about the origin of the food and other history tidbits.
We booked this on our first night in Lisbon and so happy we did! It was a great way to get to know the city and experience all the different types of food. Everything was delicious!! Joao was our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing!! He was so informative along the way. He was accommodating to everyone and made us all feel so welcome and relaxed. My husband and I agreed this was one of our highlights in Lisbon!! A must do and if you are lucky you will get Joao as your guide!
Ana was an amazing guide! She shared history and took us to awesome spots. Our group immediately felt like family. Every dish was delicious and they accommodated our dietary restrictions. There was more alcohol than anticipated but there was usually an option for a non alcoholic option. By the end our hearts and bellies were full! Definitely recommend!

Great walking food tour. Host/guide was very personable and professional. Knowledgeable about history and culture. Enjoyed the codfish fritters, samosa’s and grilled chorizo with accompaniments. Not a vegetarian it host was very accommodating for those who were.

Our guide was very thorough; he gave us a lot of history and local information. The food and wine were wonderful!! There is a fair amount of walking and stairs.

Our route is designed to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. A relaxed pace and the tour finishes where it starts for extra comfort and convenience. No steep hills, we use Lisbon’s public elevators, As we explore historic neighbourhoods, there are a few short downhill staircases, so we always recommend comfortable shoes.
Nice walk through Lisbon, different drinks and food with Raquel who was extremely knowledgeable. We would definitely try this again!

The best food tour! When they say 18 tastings, they mean it! Our tour guide, Raquel, was super awesome. Very knowledgeable of the food but also the history and culture of the area. She took us through the smaller streets and neighborhoods to really SEE the city area. The elevation wasn’t too bad on this tour. And it didn’t take away from the flavor of the foods. I’ve done many food tours around Europe and this one with Raquel was one of the best ones I’ve been on

We had so much fun on this tour! Carla was an amazing tour guide- kind, knowledgeable, and funny! She is a local resident so knows a lot of good spots and took us to a fabulous view point. Great tour to do to get a taste of Lisbon.

Sophie Was a Fantastic Tour Guide Sophie was our tour guide, and she was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about Portuguese culture and history, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. My wife and I really enjoyed the entire tour and had a wonderful evening.

Amazing tour. Our tour guide, Verónica, was great. She was very knowledgeable, amicable, and engaging. With her guidance, we were able to enjoy some of the tastes that Lisbon has to offer. I highly recommend her as a tour guide and this experience.

Not a lot of water available, we had to ask for it. Our guide, Sofia, was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a smile! She was also good at pointing out uneven surfaces and trip hazards. Lisbon is full of them!! She made sure to keep track of every one and made sure she knew everyone’s names and needs. We felt very well taken care of. Some food was better than others, but that’s just personal preference.

We would just like to clarify the point regarding water. In addition to the drinks included as part of the tastings, water is provided at two of our stops, and throughout the tour we regularly ask guests if they would like anything else. Of course, we appreciate your feedback and will make sure we continue to be attentive to this.
As for the food, we completely understand that some tastings will appeal more than others.

I love to introduce myself to a city by taking a food tour…I’m not only interested in the food and drink, I also want to learn about and experience the new venue.
And Raquel rocks!
She is an exceptional guide, with extensive knowledge, not only of the local gastronomy, but also of Lisbon and its history.
I can’t remember ever learning so much about a city while also tasting a large number of local specialties.
The food was delicious and well-paced…we were never too full to enjoy the next dish.

Our tour guide Joao was amazing!! He was so chill, informative, and fun!! This tour is a great tour for those traveling in to Portugal! It was a relaxing walk with six stops that built on each other to culminate in an incredible full meal by the end !! These places are Lisbon gems that you would NEVER find on your own!! These food stops provided unique tastings and insights into Lisbon and Portugal’s culture! Joao also shared wonderful history! By the end of the tour, we were completely full!!! This was a fun, well-paced collection of flavorful tastings!!
HIGHLY recommend!! Great to do early in your visit!!

Wow, what a great foodie tour! We do one of these tours every city we go to, and this is one of the best. Our guide Joao was funny, interesting and patient, as this gaggle of 10 Aussies, Brits and US frequently got off topic, and drank too much! We all had a great time with plenty of delicious food and drink. Hard to pick a favourite but we were all hanging out for the Pastel de Nata at the end! Other highlights were Joao cooking the chorizo with flames, and the unexpected samosa in Mouraria. Highly recommended!
Raquel was knowledgeable and wonderful. Great to talk to and have her share her insights with us and food was delicious.
