Unfortunately we arrived late but that didn’t impact our experience. The 2 hours sailed by as we enjoyed the wine, food and especially the other guests. Nice little setting and wonderful Portugal wines.

Caio was our amazing host. He was engaged, energetic and knowledgeable. The 2 hour experience went by in a snap. We sampled 8 wines from white to red. The pairing with meat, cheese, fruit and nuts truly complemented the flavors in the wine.

From The Vine shop- the very personable Kyle set up a terrific tasting of 6 wines from 6 areas, with generous charcuterie, for our group of 8, who were in Lisbon on a cruise. And on the day all power was off throughout Spain and Portugal! We learned a lot, and also had a very fun time! Very worthwhile tour!

I have enjoyed many activities on Viator and this was our least favorite. The room was cramped ( don’t go on a hot day ) and the lunch consisted of a small charcuterie plate, crackers, no bread and a poor selection of items.The wines were nothing special and the host ran thru each region. I would recommend spending a little more and going to one of the wonderful wineries nearby for an in-depth tasting and explanation of Portuguese wines.
There are also several excellent wine bars in town where for less money you can enjoy excellent wine and great food. The other guests were delightful and that was the best part of the experience.

Learned so much and our guide was amazing. Super attentive and helpful throughout the whole experience. I loved the intimate shop and the time taken to explain the wine to everyone. I would definitely come back for another tasting experience.

Very fun and entertaining host, with six delicious wines on offer for the tasting. He even let us stay a little bit longer as we were the only two people there, and it was my partner’s birthday. We were both very happy with the experience and are looking forward to our next wine tasting.

Caio was our sommelier for the afternoon and he was absolutely excellent. He added humor and relatability to his knowledge of the regions and wines. We had a great time learning, tasting, and feasting on the delicious charcuterie provided.

Two americans, a brit, a scot, a german, a norwegian and a brazilian host. What could be more fun. Our host was so knowledgeable and made sure everyone enough wine, food and fun. I would highly recommend this tour.

We arrived early and were greeted warmly. There was a lovely charcuterie tray that was replenished upon request during tasting. We did whites first, a rose and then reds, six total decent sized tastings. It was a full crowd for a Monday so it did get a little loud. We learned about the Portuguese wine regions as we sampled our wines. If you love wine, this tour is for you! Even got a small wine bottle as a parting gift.

We were the only 4 people at the tasting. The charcuterie was great and the wine even greater! We tasted 6 different wines + one muscatel (I think). The host was funny and knowledgeable despite only being 19 years old! We really recommend this :)

Ricardo was very informative while still interesting and fun as he gave us the details of each wine. They took us through Portuguese wine from all different regions which we thought was unique (and tasty!) to learn about more than Port/wine from the popular Alto Douro region! An even mix of whites and reds with the meats and cheeses made this well worth the price! We had a big group (including some vegetarians), and they were very accommodating! The experience was one of the highlights from our trip and would really recommend (even the few people in our group who don’t like wine much would say this). Great atmosphere and establishment!
