We left Praiano on Sept. 27th en route to Naples and Carmine was our driver. He was a very friendly driver who was very easy to chat with. He was able to tell us some history about the places we were driving through and some funny anecdotes of his own. He even gave us some restaurant suggestions as well. It was a real pleasure to have a car and our driver Carmine take us to Naples. Thanks Carmine! We will definitely book again.

We were delayed in Rome with a train/bus strike and a protest that was in front of the Termini Station so our arrival was delayed but almost 90 minutes. However, Vincenzo (the owner) went above and beyond making sure the transfer we booked would meet us at the new time. Our driver Vincenzo (yes, there are 2 Vincenzo's working at this company lol) was great. While his English was limited, his enthusiasm and kind nature shone through. He was super helpful with our luggage and the trip to Praiano was great. While we had the correct address in Praiano, finding the apt was not as easy. But Vincenzo was more than helpful asking the mini-market owner where the apt was. I managed to get a hold of the apt. owner and he met us on the street. We were right in front of it but couldn't see the number from the street. Vincenzo was very considerate and made sure we were safely in our apt before leaving. We will definitely book a transfer again with this company. Thanks Vincenzo (both of you!!)

My husband and I traveled 15 hours to get to Naples and Giorgio was the perfect driver to our destination while we were very very tired. He was very nice and played soft rock while we drove on the coast to our Airbnb. Perfect way to start our vacation. Thank you!

We were charged an extra 50 euros due to a flight delay we informed them of as soon as it happened. They was not compensation given when requested regardless of the communication. Felt like a opportunity to take advantage of tourists. Was not a fan. Book as a taxi service but do not accept any additional charges. Truly ridiculous after how much this cost in the first place. Will be telling everyone about this horrible experience on Viator.

Dear Mr. Hummelman, we were waiting for your bad review, we are not surprised at all and we are very sorry for your misunderstanding. It seems like a form of blackmail... Obviously what interests us is the transfer service that Giorgio provided for you, apart from this little extra charge parenthesis, we are very happy that you were very satisfied , for us it is the most important thing. I inform you that by regulation therms , the maximum tolerated waiting time is one hour, after which we are authorized to consider the service as a no show or to ask for additional costs for the wait , since we are very serious, we believe that customers has still to be supported and helped to reach their destination. Even if you warned of the delay a few hours before, this does not mean that there are no additional costs for long waits such as more than 2 hours at the airport. To avoid additional costs we must be notified the day before or at least 12 hours before , to be able to organizing other services. In order to accommodate you , we renounced other services, we are very flexible up to 1 hour and half waiting for , but after that we charge €50 per hour, 2 hours from the regular waiting is very long... and you should have paid at least more then €50 as an additional cost . The €30 extra that you paid for the damage we had, was really a courtesy we did for you , considering the services we missed due to the long waiting , they were much more expensive. Arrived at the airport and no one was there waiting for us. I called and was told that we didn’t make a reservation so I ended up sending a copy of the reservation. A driver name Monica was sent and she was rude and horrible. Spoke Italian to someone on the phone complaining but io capisco un po!

Arrived at the train station and the driver was not there. After going back and forth with the contact person they eventually sent a driver by the name of Monica. She was rude, turned off the WiFi on purpose and was talking crap with a person on the phone little did she know that io capisco un po’ il italiano

The driver encountered several management problems with you from the meeting point to the departure of the service itself, and she wrote us her comment: Dear Mrs. Vincenzo Frattini, from AmalfiTourCampania. I read the customer comments with great regret and disappointment. The customers had the fountain as a meeting point settled for the pick up, which they did not respected , as they went around the station while the driver (me) had been waiting there for about 20 minutes, once recovered , when it was time to get into the car in the parking lot, two of the customers disappeared for another 20/25 minutes, whereupon I insisted on having them called since I had to clear the parking area where I was parking to free passage, after about 5/10 minutes the other two arrive and with arrogance and impetuosity they open the van door slamming and risking breaking it , at that moment I simply said "calm down", subsequently I called the company to say precisely that these customers were very careless, disrespectful and a little rude. During the journey I tried to establish a more friendly relationship with the group, but only 2 of them behaved friendly, the lady and the other person remained distant with me the whole journey... Very good driver! I did have to go to the vendors website to make contact with them the night before. The driver then messaged me on whatsapp and informed me when and where a pickup would be. We were in Positano trying to make it to Naples for an early flight. The driver was on time and got us to the airport even earlier. Everyone was very nice and professional and was able to help with our 6am travel.

Had to forfeit first booking (€200) because airline was late. Must have missed that clause in the booking info. Second booking price was reduced by €50 but at night. Alessandro was great driver and we had a safe trip to Praiano

We arrived to Naples with our 2 children after traveling on the train from Rome. We were supposed to be greeted and taken to a private shuttle. Instead, we arrived with no one waiting for us. We called the contact on viator who told us the he did not receive our booking. I proceeded to read to him my confirmation number etc. He then assured me that he would send a driver right away. 30 minutes later someone met us and escorted us to a taxi. We paid over $300 Canadian dollars for this service expecting a large private van and ultimately were scammed into paying hundreds of dollars extra to end up waiting over 30 minutes and leave in a taxi. Unacceptable scam by viator. I believe we deserve a refund or for the least a rebate from the full price that would equal the would the cost would have been if we had just hired a taxi. I have copies of the texts to show proof of this exchange.

Both of our drivers from this company were amazing. They took the time to point stuff out to us. One even stopped to let us take pictures in multiple locations. They were both kind and we had great conversations the entire trip! Cars were clean and the driving was great

I am so thankful to Amalfi Tours! When my flight was canceled Vincenzo worked with us to accommodate the delays. Our driver, Daniele, was on time and waiting with my name on a sign . He was so helpful and gentlemanly! We had a very safe drive to Positano where he pointed out some amazing views!
