What are people saying about Chicago

Enlightening and Disturbing - a Great Combination!
This was a very entertaining tour filled with some amazing architecture paired with some truly gruesome stories. Our guide, David Factor, is clearly passionate about sharing the darker side of Chicago’s past. He held us all captivated as we awaited the next grisly detail. It was so much fun! What we really loved was getting inside these buildings that you typically just walk by without knowing the treasures inside. David spent time giving us the stories behind these landmarks and how they tied into infamous murders. You feel much enlightened (and a little disturbed!) by the end. Friends will be going to Chicago next month and this is the one tour I specifically recommended and told them to request David if possible!

Our tour guide, Sam, was...
Our tour guide, Sam, was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. He was a Chicago native and practically a stand-up comedian. My friends and I were laughing the whole time and learned so much about the history of the Chicago River and its surrounding architecture. Totally recommend, shoutout to Sam!

Best Tour of Chicago
Absolutely wonderful tour all around. The boat is amazing and the crew was fantastic. We learned so much about the area and history, with lots of laughs from the amazing Cliff. Magic Manny the bartender quenched our thirst the entire time. Great seating options with sun and shade, and plenty of space to walk around the boat. It was our first time to Chicago so we highly recommend this tour to get a great view of the city and learn about the architecture of the amazing city. We loved going thru the lock and river, as well as getting the skyline view from Lake Michigan. 10/10!!

Terrific Tasting Treats Tour
I give our guide, Rich, a 10+!!!! He is an exceptional tour guide. The tour itself was very good and quite interesting. Rich provides you with very interesting stories about Chicago and its history, as well as information on the many beautiful and unique architectural buildings you’ll be seeing on the tour. However, the last part of the tour, which is the food tasting part, was my favorite. Chicago is known for its deep dish pizza, Chicago hotdog, and Italian beef sandwich. We went to three different establishments for each of those Chicago treats. I sent photos of each restaurant to a close friend of mine who was born and raised Chicago, and he tells me they are the best places for each of the items we were served. My favorite was the deep dish, pizza, follow closely by the Chicago hotdog and the Italian beef sandwich. I cannot imagine anyone not enjoying this terrific 4 1/2 hour experience in Chicago.

Lake Michigan is cool, but most people say Chicago’s crown jewel is its architecture. The city has countless ways for you to immerse yourself in the subject. Take an architecture-themed river cruise or walk to see the buildings that make the Windy City so iconic. Some tours even venture through the Pedway, Chicago’s underground pedestrian tunnels. Alternatively, ride the “L”—elevated train—with a guide to learn about famous architects like Frank Lloyd Wright or board a double-decker bus to take in the historic structures. Chicago architecture tours will leave you with a profound appreciation for design.
