What are people saying about Boston

Definitely go on this one!
Rob Lawson is an incredibly gifted tour guide. He kept us engaged and learning the entire time. I’ve been on two freedom trail tours with my boys on 8th grade field trips so, I wanted something a bit different than that. This was my husbands first tour. I love the story that unfolds and that the order of the stops is chronologicaled in order by the timeline- not random snippets out of order. Well worth the $! I recommend this tour to everyone!

Best Boston Guide!
Our guide was fantastic! One of the best guides I’ve ever had. The heat was unbearable and I went, planning to peel off early but because of his amazingly entertaining and informative stories- I stayed the entire time and was late for the Red Sox game!!! He made sure we found shade in the 95!degree heat- all the while he was dressed in his woolen costume!!! There were 3 young boys- ages 9-13 - who were totally engaged because of this guide. Bravo! Bravo!

The Perfect Way to Start Your Boston Trip
Our guide was incredibly energetic and kept us entertained the entire tour while sharing so many interesting facts about Boston. She even pretended to be a roller derby version of Susan B. Anthony, which had everyone laughing! She had the whole group quacking whenever things were going well, and it made the experience especially fun for our family.
The tour was educational without ever feeling boring—we learned a lot while being entertained from start to finish. Going into the Charles River was definitely a highlight. We had been a little nervous because of the recent accident, but we felt completely safe the entire time. As an added bonus, we even got to sit in the driver’s seat during the water portion for some great photos.
I would highly recommend this tour for any family visiting Boston. It’s the perfect way to kick off your trip, get oriented to the city, and see so many of the major sights. I wouldn’t want to miss it!

Experience history while you learn it
You will learn A LOT of history and will leave Boston with a thorough understanding of what led to the revolution, who key players were and the significance of the events on the future of our nation. Our guide Dana was entertaining and educational. If you get him, consider yourself very fortunate. If you enjoy history and walking to experience it, this is the tour for you.

Elliot - Tour guide
We really enjoyed our Freedom Tour. It was a great way to learn about the history and hear the stories behind the places we visited. Our guide, Elliot, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job explaining things in a way that was interesting and easy to understand. You could tell she really knew the history and enjoyed sharing it with everyone. The tour was well paced, informative, and enjoyable from beginning to end. We would definitely recommend the Freedom Tour and hope others get the chance to experience it too.

Fantastic North End Food Tour
We had a late flight home from Boston on the last day of our vacation, so we decided to do a food tour. We met Chloe at the Boston Public Market, and got a little bit of a late start because we were missing two people. After multiple attempts to contact them, we struck out on the tour, and they caught up to us at our first stop. We made six stops, and had a wonderful variety of delicious local fare, including several delicious Italian treats. Chloe did a great job explaining the relevance of each food item (culturally) and sharing lots of interesting historical facts along the way. We really enjoyed it and would highly recommend this tour.

Great combination of seafood and the history of Boston fishing industry
Great information about the seafood industry and the seaport area of Boston. Our guide, Caitlin, has a great personality and lots of energy. The food was terrific, chowder, tacos, lobster roll, sushi and oysters. There was more walking in this tour than many other food tours we have done. But the walking was was at a reasonable pace and broken up between the four stops. Definitely would recommend for anyone who enjoys seafood.

Best Tour of the North End
This is the 2nd time I've done this tour. It is both informative and hysterically funny. It is not for the faint-hearted as "f-bombs" are frequent. This is a tour from a real Italian, born and raised in the North End, with a wealth of information and a great sense of humor. Nothing too crass but if you're offended by foul language, this isn't for you! Anthony is a riot!!! The food is phenominal! Worth every penny!

Highly recommended
Excellent experience. The guide was super knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The tour ends in the North End and the guide doesn’t accompany you back to the start. However Mike’s famous pastries are just a block away from the end. We parked at 45 Province garage which was a very short walk from the 120 Tremont Street starting point. We paid $22 to park all day.

Fabulous Food Tour with History
In celebration of a friend‘s birthday, we signed up to take the tour, not knowing about the food or what everything would be. We were more than pleasantly surprised with food and the tour guides knowledge.Nadil was knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and very resourceful when accommodating my gluten allergy. We had a wonderful time. Since the weather cooperated as well, give it a 5+ stars.

Highly recommend!
Loved it. Pacing was great and appreciated different narrators to change it up. Level of detail was informative without being overwhelming. Could pause at any time we wanted more detail. Stopped at Boston Massacre square to enjoy a beer flight at Sam Adams brewery. Nice walk on a beautiful day. Highlight was hearing the Old North Church Bells ring on the hour.
