Did not show up. Had wrong time. Did not allow a cancel. Would not recommend them at all. Do not use them. Very disappointed.

Dear It is ashamed They were not supposed to be picked up at 6:30 AM NOR their flight was 9:05 AM according to your info in the trip request. It was their fault in the request Departure Airline: Southwest Airlines Flight no.: 368 Departure time : 9:05 PM on 5/31 , We sent to them the info of their driver including the pick up time at 5/31/18:30 and they read it but no reply nor objection Sorry to miss your trip on 5/31 By the way , Their flight arrived on 5/27 around 3 hours late and our driver waited for them and drove them to their hotel safely but they refused to pay any extra for the extra waiting time (we had the right to leave after one hour waiting and consider it as no shown but we never miss client ) it is considered as late cancellation full payment to us without refund to the client for their trip on 5/31 So there was no need for this incorrect info in your rate here as a revenge because no refund for your mistake sorry again best regards Fekry Saad FKS Transportation Co LLC
