Amin was on time, the vehicle was clean and in great shape. He was a great guide through the stops that we wanted to see.
He was very patient with my husband who was using a cane, to get him the closest he could to each memorial and made sure he got in and out of the car safely!

Really sorry about the delay. With the Indy car race, which happened 2 days ago lots of blocked off streets. Anyways we did try to manage to get there in 45 mins and also gave 2 hrs of free tour time to make up for the inconvenience. Thank u for your business.
Amin was very accommodating even when we booked last-minute for a late night monuments tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and knows the city inside out. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone but an evening tour is especially fun. Thank you again!

Amir was awesome!!! We took a day tour that was also wonderful but the monuments illuminated were breathtaking! I would highly recommend the evening tour! We saw everything and a few extras that are not to be missed. Fewer people almost made it feel like you had the city to ourselves and was surreal!!! Thank you Amir!!!!!💗

We had Ahmed and he was polite and communicated clearly. He knew the city very well and did not drive reckless. My 91 yr old grandmother was treated like royalty from beginning to end. We were picked up at our Airbnb, asked what we have or haven’t seen before and customized a beautiful and historic tour around our answers. Over an intercom the names of the sites and where to view, were given. She was able to hear and see the whole city. I highly recommend this tour! 100/10

Very informative but too hot to get out for many stops but highly recommend. We really enjoyed the visit. We recommend if coming from Baltimore use the Penn Marc Train.

My family found the tour enjoyable. Our driver/guide was polite, informative, and flexible. We were allowed to prioritize desired sites based on our available time.
Be prepared for exorbitant prices charged by city vendors.
Make sure your selected vehicle is spacious enough to accommodate your entire party.
If you need to extend your tour, agree to an total amount due prior to the tour to avoid any last minute transactions.

The tour company staff were very unprofessional. After keeping me waiting for over an hour for my scheduled pickup, they claimed they had experienced some mishaps. During that time, I called several times but received no response. It wasn't until I contacted my booking agent, who called them directly, that someone finally answered.
They then assured me they would arrive within 15 minutes, but it took another 30 minutes before someone showed up. In total, I waited 1.5 hours for pickup on what was supposed to be a private tour.
To make matters worse, the person who picked me up was not an actual tour guide but only the driver. As a result, the tour was quite boring, with very limited information or insights shared throughout the experience.
Overall, I was very disappointed. Considering the cost, I believe the hop-on, hop-off bus would have been a much better and more affordable option.

This review is in so much contradiction to what actually happened.
I personally took this call for this client at 405pm . The booking was for 4 pm .
I told the client that we were extremely busy that day and somehow missed their reservation.
Having said that I rushed my driver (Maaz) to be at the Sheraton sharply at 430pm for a 4 pm reservation ( 30 mins late, ). Viator can see that the reservation time was 4pm on their end .
I have screenshots of text messages and call log between me and client as a proof.(I can provide that if needed).
The customer had to wait 30 mins against what's on the review.
I have screen shots of what I have said.
The moment they sat in the car they said that this was so better than the hop on hop off bus. They enjoyed the 4 hrs of tour so much that they even tipped Maaz.
Common sense , who would tip if you are not satisfied ?
Maaz is one of our best drivers in our company and has never had a negative review. (1st time) .
Maaz took them to each and every memorial and monuments, except the word war ll as the excess for it was closed off.
The customer enjoyed the full 4 hrs of our nations capital tour by Maaz.
The experience was great overall, our tour guide is amazing, he’s very patient with us. Nice tour and nice guide. I would recommend this tour 100%, you won’t regret it.

The driver was great and the sites were good. However, roads were shut down and we had to wait for an hour for our driver to pick us up after the Lincoln Memorial. So our tour was cut short. Would like to request a partial refund.

Sorry to hear about the wait . We did inform all our customers regarding street blockades and the unability to reach certain memorials due to the preparation for the 250th 4th of July . These were things beyond our control, hence the wait .
Our driver was very accommodating and patient. Very nice. We saw all the sites we desired. Very happy.

I thought I had signed for a guided tour - where we had a guide who would show us various sites and tell us about them. This is why it was advertised as "private and personalized tour". But all we had was a driver who took us to various sites, dropped us off and picked us up again.
The problem was made worse by the fact that many locations were cordoned off for the july 4th holiday and we couldn't even get close to the sites. As a result, we would attempt to drive to a site of interest but were denied access and turned away. It would seem that a local tour company would know about this and 1) telll us in advance and 2) notify the driver so he didn't need to stumble around town bouncing off inaccessible sites.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience. As you mentioned there was nothing the driver could have done about all the sites being closed and being turned around for the 4th of July celebration. We had a few of these issues and customers generally were very understanding. Please keep in mind this is a private tour and not necessarily a guided one We take people to all the main highlights of Washington DC In regards to monuments and memorials. The driver does give out some information as he goes along his route about the town, memorial and monuments. Now if a request for a tour guide is made we do provide that at an extra cost.
Emir was our driver/ tour guide and he was phenomenal!!! This was the best DC experience I have ever had! I would definitely do this again.

Maaz was wonderful. We were able to get out at multiple locations and it was so nice to return to a cool car during this awful heatwave. He was able to get around the closed roads with little difficulty. This was the first time we have done something like this and were ambivalent about the cost but it’s the best value and best money I’ve spent in a long time. It took 65 years for me to learn a valuable lesson, paying someone else to deal with the hassle can be worth every penny. Thank you for the great experience.

Amazing experience! We were able to see everything throughout the city that we had hoped to see, and the driver was even able to add two additional stops that weren't planned. The driver was friendly, courteous, and extremely informative. This was the best tour we could have booked!

This tour is absolutely the best way to get a quick overview of Washington DC in a short time. The Suburban was a comfortable way to ride around the city and the air conditioning was very welcome on a super hot day.

What an incredible experience. We had numerous logistical issues with the group meeting in DC, however Amin our driver was very accommodating with our schedule, last minute changes, and numerous road closures. Despite all the challenges, it was a truly memorable evening that no one will forget. This was a private tour and they were flexible on any special requests to make the evening more special.

Highly recommend this tour! If you have limited time in DC this is the way to go. We got picked up at the airport, did a tour of the monuments and capitol, and then we were dropped at our hotel just in time for check in. Would totally do this again! Amin was a great tour guide. The driver was so knowledgeable. We thought since it was a private tour it would not be lots of stops. The timing said 3-4 hours and we did 2 and 1/2. We learned new things we did not know.

The stops are the same for all tour companies. The advantage of private tour is to have yoru persolized tour where you can pick and choose your stops. The 3- 4 hrs includes all stops where you can take your time at the memorials. Now if you were doing a tour where u don't get down too much , that would end up in a max of 2 hours.
