- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Service animals allowed
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per limousine

This was definitely day and night comparison! I signed up for this service when I arrived and it was great. Now, using it to go to the airport it was nothing I expected. The driver sat in his car while my friend and I lugged our luggage to the car, the hotel helper put the bags in the car, then when we got in we were told we were late even though the driver came 45 minutes late. Then when we got to the airport he didn’t know where to drop us off. Overall not a smooth experience and we were disappointed right at the end of our trip.

The car arrived on time, but before we moved off the driver informed us that we needed to pay another 24 dollars for the airport toll and a service charge of some sort. I questioned this, he rang his office and handed the phone to me. They confirmed this and said they had tried to contact me at the hotel. I had spoken to them the day before to confirm our departure, but this was not mentioned. I payed reluctantly as time was pressing. Do not use this service.

My first driver was not very friendly - he was very professional though - but lack of friendliness kind of creeped me out. I guess I was not paying for him to be friendly-then again being told to tip him the 24 that was not included, jerked my chain - as I always tip for excellent service which is what I received and I did so, but he was NOT friendly. Drive was fine as far as service goes.

Our Driver was early which was appreciated. His car was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. He was dressed very well and helped us with our luggage. He drove appropriately, was polite and extremely informative and we thoroughly enjoyed our transfer to Dulles Airport.

Our driver, Luis, arrived early to pick us up at the hotel. He was kind and considerate. He was most pleasant and easy to speak with. He cared about our trip and had also remembered our arrival and asked about our friends from Washington state that he had picked up on the 1st of October when we all arrived.

personally we believe we would have been better off getting a taxi direct from the airport. Reason being we were asked to phone and check up that we still required the taxi and we were told we would have to give a minimum $20 tip !

we also had an arrival transfer booked with this company. Never again! Our first flight was late so we missed our connecting flight to Washington we called this service to let them know we will be arriving later as we missed our flight, they informed us the driver had already left for the airport (1 and a half hours early) so we would have to cancel our booking and do another one (I dont think so) we had already paid for this service.......When we arrived in Washington we had to find our own way to the hotel.On our departure the driver was an half an hour late. This is a SERVICE INDUSTRY there was no service!

The driver charged another 15 USD depite the prepaid voucher. He could not explain why but he told us that he have to collect the amount in advance so we were forced to pay. Sounds like blackmail to me.

Hard to know what to say except that it did exactly what it says on the tin--a private transfer for 4 people and luggage from a downtown hotel to Dulles Airport by Cadillac SUV. Arrived exactly on time, vehicle clean and comfortable, driver helpful and friendly--what more could you ask for? Granted it probably cost a lot more than a cab, but I got what we wanted.

The motor vehicle was superb and was even better than the one we had on the inward journey. The driver was very knowledgeable and informative and we could keep up conversation for the whole journed. We had to make a detour as there was the Washington marathon on the Sunday.
