- Not wheelchair accessible
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 SMALL carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Wheelchair accessible, please advise at time of booking if wheelchair assistance is required. Wheelchairs cannot be accommodated in sedans
- Service animals allowed
- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate

Sent confirmation and ticket through Viator, No show at the airport, was told by company that because I did not confirm flight info via email they cancelled the booking. Stranded at the airport with no transportation. Also told l to deal with Viator to get a refund, not their problem.

- they sent a message the day before my departure confirming my ticket
- I called immediately after landing at the airport & they arrived in no time

Our driver, Milos, was very friendly and professional. He handled our bags into and out of the car. He was on time and communicated via text with us for super easy pick up. Prior to our trip, the car dispatch company called to confirm arrival and contact number. The pickup was very difficult. The driver texted that he was 4 minutes away and after 15 minutes and several phone calls, he arrived.
Also didn't like being upcharged $15 after ticket was purchased on Viator.
