Leigh was an outstanding guide at Arlington National Cemetery. She combined deep knowledge and respect with a great sense of humor that made the tour engaging and memorable. Her storytelling brought history to life in a meaningful way, and she made the whole experience both informative and uplifting. I highly recommend her to anyone visiting Arlington.

Leigh is the BEST!!
Very clear with her voice and so informative.

We did the tram tour several years ago which was a good overview of the Cemetery. But the walking tour allowed us to get more detail and access to many of the notable burial places. Our guide, Rebecca, was terrific! She was so knowledgeable and she gave a lively presentation. It is a lot of walking and it was quite humid. She always found shady places to stop and talk, thankfully. The walking tour would be great for older children…younger ones may find it to be long and somewhat taxing as it is 2 1/2 hours of walking that includes hilly terrain. My family thoroughly aenjoyed this tour and we learned so much! Thank you, Rebecca!

Anne Marie great! She was very knowledgeable, friendly and an expert to get us to all the sites. Enjoyed that it was all walking, away from crowds/large groups.

It is a very memorable experience walking through the cemetery. Amanda told us a lot of history around burials and pointed out many notable people buried there. Viewing the changing of the guards was fantastic!

Brenda was very knowledgeable. She had to be flexible and was able to change her whole planned route twice when funerals prevented her from the route she wanted to take. Somehow, she still managed to get us great views of the changing of the guard and a wreath laying ceremony as well as all the other highlights…

Leigh was a wonderful guide. We got lots of history, facts and an insight into this fabulous and infamous place. I have wanted to see the eternal flame at JFK and Jacqui Kennedy’s resting place for years and it was great to finally see it. This tour was about so much more though and was well worth having Leigh as our guide. The changing of the guards was a great spectacle to see and to hear about the process was great. It was great to see the house on the hill and to find out all about the history. I would recommend this tour, so much better than going it alone. Thank you, Leigh, you were great!

Changing of the guard is always memorable. I enjoyed the side notes from certain graves. Doug was very knowledgeable of Arlington. He had pictures on his iPad that he added to the tour.

We had an excellent tour with Leigh at Arlington National Cemetery. She guided us through the history of the location through a series of stories that brought our experience to life. With Marine Corps and Navy veterans included in our group, Leigh customized our tour to highlight these military connections. We experienced the solemn Changing of the Guard and exchanged stories of where we were the day Kennedy was shot when we visited the Eternal Flame. Highlights included visiting both Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Medger Evers resting places. Highly recommend Leigh!

It makes you stop and think about how many people have died to keep this country free. We had really good guide. I would do it again

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, including about the powerful change of guards at the tombs of the unknown soldiers and we saw some features that we would have completely missed without her

This walking tour was fantastic. We felt like we were able to see so many more interesting things versus just riding past as part of a trolley tour. Our guide, Donna Everage, was friendly and knowledgeable about the cemetery and history. The tour lasted about 3 hours and was just over 2 miles of walking. The time went very quickly and we would definitely tour with her again.

Bess was an awesome guide. Super knowledgeable and she shared so many little known facts and stories about the cemetery and individuals buried there. I highly recommend this tour.
