Olga was the perfect guide. She tailored our hike to the abilities and requests of our group of four. She picked us up at the port and drove us to a great trail. It was full of waterfalls, streams, lakes, trees and gorgeous views. She supplied snacks, water and hiking poles. Olga was extremely knowledgeable about the hiking area, Sitka and Alaska in general.

We had such an incredible experience with our Olga! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing time. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely so kind.
She picked the perfect hike based on our skill level and what we were looking for in terms of views. We couldn’t have asked for a better trail or a better experience!
She came fully prepared with all the necessary equipment, including hiking poles, snacks, etc. Her car was also spotless and super clean, and she communicated everything so well throughout the entire experience. You could tell she truly cared about making sure we were comfortable, prepared, and enjoying ourselves.
One of our favorite parts was learning about the different species and wildlife that live in the forest we hiked through. Her knowledge and passion made the hike so much more interesting and memorable. She also went out of her way to show us a bear rescue place and we even got to see some whales on our drive back!
Overall, she was an absolute pleasure to spend the day with. If you’re looking for a hiking guide who is knowledgeable, organized, thoughtful, and genuinely a wonderful person, I cannot recommend her enough! She made our experience so special, and we would absolutely hike with her again. Views were 10/10. 🌲🥾

Olga is absolutely amazing. The hike was absolutely stunning and definitely a recommended way to see this beautiful and unique area. She has a wealth of knowledge about the local environment, and area. The hike was tailored to our group, so the choice of what we wanted to see and the difficulty were tailored directly to our group. She is extremely prepared with snacks, extra rain protection, water, and the hiking poles were a tremendous help.

I was able to see a part of Sitka I would have never seen! It was a nice hike with spectacular views. My guide, Dave, was knowledgeable about the area and how it I stay safe. They also provided super yummy snacks and water.

Olga was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgeable and patient when we needed to take a break. Beautiful views, amazing waterfalls. Would definitely recommend for an intermediate hiker!

This was a great experience for our family of four (with a 9 and 10 year old). Olga did a great job of reaching out in preparation for the hike to tailor the perfect trail based on our previous experience/wants. We did the Harbor Mountain Trail and it was a great fit for us (4-5 miles, around 1000 ft elevation). Olga was awesome as a guide for us and did great with the kids to keep them engaged and safe throughout the hike. If we make it back to Sitka, we would definitely like to do this experience again!

Our guide, Olga, was very prepared and had everything one could need for a 5 mile hike...snack, water, poles, a med kit, just in case, etc. The hike she took us on had amazing views of the town and the surrounding islands.

This was a highlight of my time in Alaska! My guide, Olga, was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the flora and fauna. She picked the perfect hike for me and I saw beautiful vistas and areas that will stay with me always. Also, she was so thoughtful and personable and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her and hearing about her life and journey. I was concerned that a private hike might feel awkward, but it wasn’t at all! I highly recommend this excursion - I felt very comfortable and safe, and loved every minute of my time on this hike in Sitka with Olga!
