I am unable to review this so I just gave it three stars because we had a hotel snafu the night before and were unable to actually make the tour. I was unable to get a hold of the Tour operator so unfortunately he came to our hotel to try to pick us up. I have asked Viator for a refund and so they’re working on it for me because I had to book a different tour the next day. thank you.

Mark, our tour guide, was highly knowledgeable and accommodating. He ensured the comfort and enjoyment of all the tour goers. We appreciated his first hand accounting of details in the Fremont art district…first hand because he was part of the specific history. He was understanding of our familial considerations with a special needs son.

The hotel we stayed at had a lot of homeless people. Otherwise the security was great, and the tour we had was outstanding.

Our excellent tour guide,”DC”, picked us up at our hotel. There were only four of us in our tour group. DC had a wealth of knowledge about the area and it was really interesting to hear him talk about salmon swimming upstream and how they are able to find their way to where they spawn. It’s a great way to experience a little bit of different areas of the city. I only wish we had done the tour at the beginning of our time there instead of at the end so that we could go back and revisit some of the areas he showed us. After the tour was over he was kind enough to take us back to our hotel to pick up our luggage and then drop us off at the rail station and he took the other couple to Chinatown where they wanted to have lunch. He could not have been more accommodating and nice.

DC was very friendly and informative. We had a small group so we were able to ask a lot of questions. The most unexpected parts were the visit to the locks, learning about the salmon life cycle and viewing the herons nesting.

We had previously taken a Viator tour in Vancouver, BC, so we chose this tour for our Seattle visit. We were surprised and delighted to have Matthew as our guide. He not only shared extensive history and current sights of the city, but also serenaded us with show tunes! His engaging personality, entertaining delivery, and wonderful voice made our tour a fantastic experience. We will definitely be recommending him to friends and family for future visits. He's a keeper!

The bus picked us up 45 mins late and the company never picked up the phone when trying to find out why.
The driver and guide was very enthusiastic and knew lots of very useful facts and figures.

The salmon ladder and our tour guides knowledge (DC,) was incredible...he made the trip! We also loved the view of Mt Rainer that ypu can't get on a large tour bus.
