We went on the Boeing factory tour. Everything was very good, pick-up, ride, visit, drop-off. The Boeing factory is absolutely impressive and the tour inside was very well organized by Boeing, with their own guides. Also exceptional was our driver and tour guide JAMES!!! Polite, respectful, passionate, knowledgeable, helpful, great personality!!! Thank you!

Very nice and relaxing experience. Our tour guide was also the driver and have us lots of information about Boeing's history before we reached the factory/ museum. It was all inclusive except for the snacks. It fits last until about 1:40 to 2pm. So be prepared and have a good sized breakfast before the tour.

Great Experience

Adam_W, Apr 2026
Great tour, wish I could have taken photos whilst doing it but I get why we couldn’t. The guides at the factory were great. Highly recommended

Aviation Dream

Alex_S, Apr 2026
The tour was fantastic! If you’re on the fence about traveling to Everett to see the Boeing Widebody Factory, and you’re an aviation fan, this is your sign to go! Initially I was going to do a tour and take an uber/lyft to Boeing, but with high transportation costs, I figured it was cheaper and easier to book the tour through Viator. It was the best decision of the day! Our bus driver and guide, James was incredibly knowledgeable and provided great insight to Boeing, aviation, and Pacific Northwest history during our drive to Everett and tour. The Boeing Factory, itself, was mind blowing. We spent approximately 80 minutes on the guided tour and 60 minutes in the museum and gift shop afterwards. I highly recommend the experience! Total travel time to Everett with driver commentary: ~40 min Total Everett Factory tour: ~2 hours 20 minutes Total travel time back to Seattle with driver commentary: ~40 min

100% recommend for aviation enthusiasts

Patrick_U, Apr 2026
Luckily, I was the only one on my trip, so I got the whole ride to myself. The guide was very nice and descriptive on the way there, and then we went to join Boeing’s tour and it was one of the coolest thing I’ve ever seen.

To space and beyond!!!

Craig_C, Apr 2026
It’s worth it. Great tour with a lot of information. Our guide was great about showing us more of the Seattle area to and from the Boeing site.

Sky High Tour!!

William_B, Apr 2026
Our tour guide James was THE BEST!!! He knew so much interesting history about Boeing and the Boeing family. Loved his enthusiasm and humor.

Excellent & educational

Julie_B, Mar 2026
This is probably the best Seattle tour I've taken, giving myself and my student group new insight into the industry of flight.

Take the tour!

Jennifer_B, Mar 2026
This was a very cool tour to take! I was very impressed with seeing how these planes are made and how organized and clean the workshop is! Our tour guide Shawn was awesome! He was a wealth of information and made it fun! Our tour guide at Boeing was Peter and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. While we were there we got to see a DreamLifter cargo plane take off, very cool to see! Would definitely recommend this tour!

Great tour!

Tosha_L, Mar 2026
James was full of amazing information about Boeing and Seattle. It was a great time for the whole family.

Three days in Seattle

Sergey_K, Mar 2026
I liked this trip to factory. It was interesting to visit assembly line. Highly recommended to everyone in Seattle.

Convenient Boeing tour

Mammen_N, Mar 2026
The convenience of the tour is advantageous. Tour guide picks up from Seattle city, and drops off the same. James our guide took trouble to drop off at different location if requested.

Our tour guide was very informative, and engaging. He had a lot of knowledge of boeing history. We would do it again.

Definitely worth it!

Ease of stress free and great guided tour of the facility to Boeing and James is awesome tour guide!

Dan_S, Feb 2026
The experience was awesome from the start of the trip to the end. The driver James was great with giving us a full history of Boeing factory along the way to the facility and then gave us a full round a about tour of the place from the areas that we can take pictures as the factory is off limits to picture taking. We were able to see an aircraft to take off from the field. And a plus side he took us up to the sky deck to take pictures at the facility and then guided us to the simulator’s immediately after to make time to do this before the tour. Overall smooth and definitely 1 i will like to take again when the 737 max 10’s are completed.

Great way to visit the Boeing factory

Damien_H, Feb 2026
Guided trip up to the Boeing factory was great and filled with interesting info about the history of the company. The tour at the factory itself was amazing. A great experience overall.

Great Boeing Tour with James

Kathleen_W, Feb 2026
Our guide James was wonderful, he was so knowledgeable about Boeing and the history of the area. He also made sure all our needs were taken care of and made sure we all had an awesome experience!

Very interesting and enjoyable tour.

Ursula_B, Feb 2026
Very helpful and knowledgeable driver, James, transported us. Well organised tour of this amazing place.

Excellent Boeing tour

Seamus_M, Dec 2025
Our bus driver, James, provided excellent commentary on the way to the factory and was very well organized. His knowledge and own enthusiasm for Boeing and Seattle was exceptional. Likewise, our tour guide Joe, at the Boeing factory made the tour a truly memorable experience.

Planes planes and more planes

Nick_K, Dec 2025
Multiple vehicle transfers. Photo opportunities are only from the bus. Use your time at the end wisely, don’t spend it all in the gift shop. Driver was very knowledgeable.

Going to Boeing without a Hassle

MuhammadNabil_A, Dec 2025
Our tour guide is very nice when he drives us all the way to the place, gives us clear instructions, and save up some time in other places at Boeing other than the tour to explore! By the way, I love how he sounds polite to us when he’s talking, not intimidating

A must when traveling to Seattle

Jared_W, Dec 2025
It was really fun and being in a massive building with planes being worked on was super fun. Recommend to anyone in Seattle.

Overall a good experience but…

Rupak_P, Nov 2025
We had a great time. I thought our tour guide will be associated with Boeing or will conduct the entire tour but we were handed over to the official Boeing factory tour. In other words $40 from what you pay here will go towards buying the official Boeing tour tickets conducted by Boeing and you’re paying rest of the $85 mostly for transportation from Seattle to Everett.

If you love Airplanes this is for you!

Barbara_K, Nov 2025
James was our guide to and from the Boeing Future of Flight Tour, in Everett. He picked us up on time, and was filled with information about Bill Boeing and anything you needed to know about Boeing and airplanes. The Boeing tour was exactly what I expected, Vanessa was a great Boeing Tour Guide. Seeing the 777X was a highlight. Highly recommend.

Fun and informative

Kate_T, Nov 2025
Hope that James is your driver…..his knowledge and passion is out of this world. He takes the time to give you the maximum experience including a drive by of the area where aircraft are stress tested

Great tour!!

Steve_F, Nov 2025
Great tour!! James was excellent and gave us tons of information on the way up to Everett that I would have never known. The factory tour was amazing and very educational.

Must Experience for Aviation Enthusiasts

Sanover_T, Nov 2025
Great Experience. I loved the entire trip. Super informative guide, he gave us so much to learn even before we reached the factory. The factory in itself was amazing. It involves the main factory tour with the Boeing personnel and once that is finished we were given time at the museum and gift center. Overall a must experience for flight enthusiasts like me or even someone who wants to see innovative in action. One suggestion would be to give little more time at the museum after the tour, as after the factory experience it becomes TMI at that point and to refresh - the museum is a great place to explore other things. I think we got about 35-40mins which was ample in itself but may be about 45-60 mins to just explore a little more and spend some time on the deck would add another level to the overall experience. *Just my opinion, it’s my 3rd tour with Viator and it’s been amazing -No doubt!!! #Shoutout to the tour guide James, super helpful, very well informed, and even went ahead to help make good connections with the group of traveling together.

Highly recommended to take the tour over traveling to the factory on your own

Dan_F, Oct 2025
I was very interested in the Boeing Factory Tour on a recent trip to Seattle. We stayed at a downtown hotel near the pickup point. The tour charges $125 per person for transportation and tour, and Boeing only charges $42 per person for the tour. We debated on whether we would go to the factory on our own but decided to take the tour. The one-hour drive to the factory was very informative. Had we chosen to take an Uber to and from the factory, I found Uber charges over $100 one way. I am glad we chose to take the Viator tour rather than getting to the factory on our own. As for the factory, we enjoyed the tour and were given plenty of time to tour the museum, tour the factory, spend time in the store and observing on the roof. Maybe, if you have your own vehicle, you could drive out to the factory, but if not, having Viator drive you to the factory is the way to go.

A little confusion about...

Kiwiangela, Oct 2025
A little confusion about the exact pick up point but everyone made it there in the end. Good transport to the Boeing factory and an attentive guide who gave us lots of information. We had visited before but enjoyed our visit just as much as the first time. It’s awesome to just stand and watch those big birds being built. Could have definitely spent more time there

10/10 all the way!!

Alan_P, Oct 2025
Amazing!! You must experience this incredible tour to Boeing, especially if you have a passion for engineering, airplanes, construction, etc. The guides were great. I apologize for forgetting their names, but the guy who took us on his bus from Downtown Seattle was great! He has an incredible singing voice, and the lady who guided us at the actual factory was also topnotch! Some people were taken back by her ability to take control of the group, but it was appropriate since there were several very rude, talkative, loud, and obnoxious tourists. The views of landing planes were breathtaking, the cool, rainy weather was perfect. I just wish we were able to see Mt. Rainier and a beluga landing. I will definitely do this tour again next time I visit Seattle! 10/10

Great guide but the Boeing factory is average

Kathryn_v, Oct 2025
Bus ride and tour guide were fantastic! Super fun and informative. The Boeing factory itself was disappointing - I thought we would be ground level with the planes, but looking down over the factory floor was a bit meh as you couldn’t really see much. The Boeing guide was really informative though and that part was interesting.
