This was such an awesome way to experience the Boeing factory if you are staying in downtown Seattle. Our shuttle was very comfortable and easy to locate at the Hyatt for pick up. Our tour guide, Casey, was excellent! He made sure we were all very comfortable, was a great driver, and provided excellent commentary on the drive down to the factory. He had even pre-prepared a high-quality audio recording, giving a full background and history of the Boeing company. We had a great time at the museum and on the tour and had plenty of time to browse the gift shopped afterwards. One of the guests on our tour was running about 20 minutes late and Casey very graciously waited for him to arrive before taking off, and gave us some extra time afterwards to make sure we were able to do everything we wanted to do. On the way back we had the option of a couple different drop-off spots, which was really nice! We could choose the space needle, Pike Place market, the aviation museum, or back to the Hyatt where we were picked up. This was an excellent surprise and fit our afternoon plans well after the tour! If you can request Casey for your tour guide, we would highly recommend him! Overall, this was a great experience and one we would highly recommend!

This was a very informative tour of the Boeing campus. We learned about the evolution of Boeing aviation. The flight simulator with a choice of flying an F-15 jet or a 747 airplane was interesting. It was amazing to be in the factory and to see the process of the manufacturing of commercial jetliners. It is the largest building, by volume, in the world.
Our driver, Casey, was kind & flexible. He gave us 4 different options as to where we would like to be dropped off at the end of the tour. However, we noticed that the other driver stayed with his group & provided more information at the visitor center.

The Boeing tour was very interesting and our guide, Victoria, was wonderful. Our Show Me Seattle driver and guide, Casey Raiha, was exceptional. His knowledge of and love for Seattle kept us entertained and informed. Definitely recommend him.
Matthew_Z, Jul 2026
Expertly narrated by Matthew the Singing Tour Guide, who was a real entertainer from start to finish! Getting to see how the aircrafts were assembled was quite the adventure. Definitely recommend spending some time on this experience!
Nissa_R, Jul 2026
A very fun and informative tour. The drive over was enjoyable and entertaining. Plenty of time to explore the future of flight center, and it was nice that there were multiple drop-off options to choose from on the way back.

James was so passionate about his knowledge of airplanes and shared that passion with us. Flying into the Seattle airport, I thought that this tour was going to take us into the Seattle hangars. I was surprised to find out that we were driving to Everett! It was a nice drive -and a very large campus

James is a tour guide with unparalleled knowledge or passion for all things Boeing . The tour was smoothly run and James provided an excellent commentary during the journey to the factory. Upon entering the main building the scale of the factory is difficult to comprehend.
Laurence_F, Jul 2026
We had a very knowledgeable guide in the lead up to the Boeing actual tour where we had an excellent guide on site. Both guides were quite passionate about their subjects. Thoroughly enjoyed the day and learnt so much.
janice_S, Jul 2026
You only get to see a limited time at the factory. A lot of it is seeing other things. I believe they need more videos explaining things at the factory.
I was a little dissappointed and our tour guide was a little over the top about himself.
I think Boeing could do a lot better!!!
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Hi Janice - so sorry you were disapppointed, but just a heads up that Boeing won't see this review; this is the page for Show Me Seattle Tours. Your feedback will mean more if you email it directly to the Boeing Future of Flight team.

Matthew is a great bus driver and provides entertainment and introductions. Boeing provides their own tour guide. The most economical way is to drive yourself to the Boeing aviation museum and join the Boeing tour guide.
David_J, Jul 2026
Matthew was a great guide. He was informative and very knowledgeable. Everything with the tour was on time and well organized.
Dheeraj_D, Jul 2026
The entire experience was thrilling and informative. Right from the pick up to the Boeing exposition center, the guidance and support from the tour guide DC was exemplary. While giving a good briefing of the Boeing being setup, its factory location's significance, the business aspect of it's founders was a great eye opener. DC, utilizing his knowledge of Geology, also gave very value information on the geological history of Seattle.
The tour provided by Boeing staff was well planned, explained point pointedly to each aspect of Boeing engineering, logistics and manufacturing. Equally engaging was the exposition area, something all can learn about aviation and it's technical insights. Great weather made the tour worth it as well.

Great tour, well run tour, on time pickup, Shawn our driver was very informative and courteous. The plant tour was amazing. I would recommend this tour too anyone interested in aviation or large scale production.

Casey Raiha our tour guide was amazing. He was kind and very knowledgeable and approachable. Nice drive up the to factory with commentary. Staff at Boeing take over and do a great job. And back on the road to Seattle with some more cool information.
Deborah_F, Jun 2026
Factory tour is amazing! So interesting to see how a Boeing 777 is made. The facility is very large as each plane in production has its own assembly line. The tribute movie for the 747 was very good as well!
Robyn_H, Jun 2026
Our bus driver, Matthew, was very informative and entertaining, Tom guided us through the factory and answered any questions. It was a good day.
ilene_B, Jun 2026
The driver DC took advantage of the long drive and did a good job explaining the history of Boeing and on the way back, Seattle. Boeing does the actual tour separately.
Howard_M, Jun 2026
Don't miss it. The tour is 100% must do if you are visiting Seattle and have the slightest interest in aircraft.
Nancy_A, Jun 2026
Well organized and if you don’t have a rental car the shuttle is convenient. The “tour” is standing on a balcony overlooking a couple of assembly bays. It does give access to see 777-x in production and the future of flight museum. Be sure to watch the short film (5 minutes) about the 747 for some assembly line views.

If you like aviation then a visit to the Boeing factory in Everett is a must. You cannot take anything in the tour for safety reasons, but there are lockers available to pop your bags, phone, purses in. You get time before and after the tour to look at the future of flights exhibition and the store. A cafe is available for drinks and snacks
Sadly the tour guide we had on this visit was not very friendly or approachable, despite offering to answer any questions and didn't even acknowledge our thanks at the end of the tour. But, other guides we have had in the past have been excellent.
robb_c, Jun 2026
Great tour guide up to Boeing and loved his audio guide as we drove. Bus was very comfortable and temperature appropriate
Karla_J, Jun 2026
Matthew is an excellent tour guide. He entertained us with his beautiful voice! Enjoyed learning about the airplanes!
Garold_S, Jun 2026
K C was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I enjoyed the trip very much. He was very helpful afterwards and dropped us off or where we want to go next to the space needle.
Rick_K, Jun 2026
Our guide James was fantastic! He's an airplane industry fan, a story teller and a great representative of Boeing and Viator.
Jerry_P, Jun 2026
Our motor coach driver, Matthew, was enthusiastic and I appreciated his cautious driving and regard for seatbelts and safety. His personal guided audio tour played as we drove up to the Boeing Factory. It was informative with great music weaved in. Our Boeing Factory tour was led by Jack. He was very knowledgeable of the facility and airplane specifications. He answered our groups many questions with tact and even cracked a few light jokes in between stops. The flow of the Boeing facilities was just right. Never felt rushed and plenty to see. Instructions and all communications from Victor leading up to our tour were helpful and easy to follow.
John_Z, Jun 2026
Lot of steps into and out of the plant.
Not an ADA event. But if you take your time you can manage the steps.
Great looking down on these big birds being assembled.
Betty_S, Jun 2026
Great tour, very informative. Tour guide was entertaining and friendly. Was willing to drop us off at a location of our choice instead of the original pickup.
Karen_D, Jun 2026
This is a really great trip which gives a brilliant insight into the history of Boeing and its current operations.
Our driver/ guide James was amazing. His knowledge about the company was incredible.
Russell_B, Jun 2026
The bus trip was great and the Boeing tour was very informative. It was very expensive for us from Australia but we did enjoy it.
Anne_L, Jun 2026
Driver/guide had lots of info and anecdotes to share. Kept the tour on schedule but made sure we had enough time to go around the facilities and gift shop. Tour would have been better with a chance to see the production process up close. In any case, tour is worth your while.
