Well organized tour

The tour was organized through Grizzly Banff Tours, a small local company. Grace, both our driver and guide was fantastic and kept us entertained and informed throughout the day. The tour includes the highly popular sites Lake Louise and Moraine Lake but they also take you to Surprise Corner and Bow Falls which is nice. We tried to book the Parcs Canada shuttle but did not succeed and ended up booking this tour. During the tour we realized we made a really good decision. Being on the shuttle gives you a little more freedom but the parking situation is so bad that you probably end up wasting a lot of time finding paroling before you can get on the shuttle. The waiting time for the shuttles and the connector is also an issue. There were so many tourists at the two lakes that having additional time there would not have helped anyway. Considering all that and the information provided, we would highly recommended this tour and of course Grace, if you are lucky to have her as your guide. Pick up and drop off in Banff were extremely convenient for us. There are also pickup points in Canmore and Calgary, but Banff is the most convenient from a total time standpoint.

This was such a great experience! Mike was our tour guide, and he was so knowledgeable and friendly. His geology knowledge was impressive, and helped us to learn more about the Rockies. Each of the stops was perfectly timed, and we got to see so many of the best parts of Banff. Highly recommend!

Great day around Banff!

Everything from the start to end of the trip wS fantastic. Ashish did a great job in setting the tone for the day by arriving on time, explaining about each and every spots, giving us timely directions and dropping us back safely. We had a wonderful time...

We had a wonderful time with Caroline. She was very sweet, funny, and informative. It was nice break to have someone drive us around instead of having to drive ourselves. Lake Moraine was beautiful! Hiking up the rock pile is a must to get the full view. Lake Louise was nice but with all the smoke, we were not able to enjoy the iconic view.

The Madeleines Were the BEST!

Even with a smoky haze we had a wonderful trip on the Lake Minnewanka cruise! Both our tour guide and our captain (both Madeleines) were fantastic and made the morning very enjoyable! We learned a lot and the ride was nice and smooth. We got to see a bald eagle and other wildlife back on the shore as well! Would recommend for all ages if you're looking for something a little different outside of hikes and bus tours!

Amazing time on this tour!!

We had such an amazing experience on this tour! We originally planned to visit the lakes on our own, but when that didn’t work out, we booked this tour, and honestly, we’re so glad we did. Our tour guide, Ahmed, was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire day fun and engaging. He shared so many interesting facts about Banff and the surrounding area while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. Our driver, Joe, was wonderful as well. He got us safely to every stop, and everything ran smoothly throughout the day. We loved that the itinerary included several beautiful lakes, and it was so nice not having to worry about planning or driving ourselves. It made for a completely stress-free day, and we were able to just relax and enjoy the incredible scenery. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff. Thank you, Ahmed and Joe, for making our trip so memorable!

Amazing tour, literally cried in awe!

This tour was an absolute highlight of my trip and a truly unforgettable experience! If you're visiting, it’s something you simply cannot miss. BOOK the tour!!!

BOOK IT!!! It was the most amazing, unique experience! There are only a few places in the world where you can drive onto a glacier and this is one of them! The ice explorer vehicle was so unique! Went a whooping 10mph and had 5’ tires!! My kids had a blast! Walking out onto the glacier was amazing! My husband did a cold face plunge and my kids felt how cold the water was! A once in a lifetime experience!
