Easy to locate on the pier! Each pier is clearly numbered. Check in takes place at easily recognisable tents before boarding. Boarding and departure were all prompt. And the tour was on time start to finish. Kyle the tour guide was informative and humorous without over doing it. We had a lucky day with a clear view over the sound with a perfect view of mount rainer!

We had a great time. We paid the extra to get on board first to choose our seats and it was totally worth it as there was a large crowd lined up when we got there. The Starboard side has the best view as you are closest to seeing what ia being discussed. The tour guide was great. He was friendly and he knew his stuff. He was having fun too. Seeing a cargo ship being loaded up close was fascinating. The views of the skyline and the mountains were beautiful. I'm glad we decided to take this tour.

Nice trip.

The crew was very friendly. The trip was informative about history and buildings. I really don't know why my response has to be over 190 characters.

It was fun with added history about Seattle. It was a bit chilly and breezy morning. Nice to see Seattle from the Elliott Bay's angle.

A winter adventure in Seattle

Joan_G, Dec 2025
They will be experiencing iconic views of Seattle’s skyline, port and mountains and what more, there’s a guide on board who is very knowledgeable of the city and its surroundings - they offer clear narration of everything you”ll need to know. This is worth a visit!

Amazing Facts

Annette_P, Dec 2025
It was great!! We learned things about Seattle we had no idea of before the relationship with Nordstrom's as well as the barges that were pointed out to carry cargo from main 48 to either Hawaii or Alaska. Then didn't realize the logo for Starbucks wore a crown.

POC need not go

CherylDavis, Dec 2025
The trip began with everyone greeting us and we were off to a good start. The tour guide did an amazing job giving us the history of the harbor and Seattle. He started that he would be coming around to ask each group where they were from, he spoke only to the white people on the boat. The people of color on the cruise, he passed by, my daughter followed him onto the second deck, she brought popcorn, only to see him do the same thing there. I had no idea that the policy of your organization was to ignore people of color and he had the nerve to smile at all the passengers as they left the ship and wish them a good day, the nerve! How awful for passengers to witness discrimination in real time. We won’t be using your company for tours again, we were disappointed twice, the tour guide never showed up or contacted us on the Wednesday Pikes Market tour, and the experience on the harbor cruise was too much!

Response from Host, Dec 2025

Cheryl, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your visit to Seattle and especially on our Harbor Cruise. While the Pike Place Market tour was not operated by our company, we understand how disappointing that experience must have been. We are particularly concerned by what you shared about your time on our cruise. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind and are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful experience for every guest, and what you described does not reflect our values. Your feedback is being reviewed by our management team to ensure appropriate steps are taken. We have also reached out to you directly via email. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment this caused you and your daughter, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Must do in Seattle

Maegan_P, Dec 2025
We were lucky with the weather, but this is a must do in Seattle. It was a little chilly, but they have an indoor area with the same views, a bar and snacks for sale. Definitely a great way to see the city from the water. Would do again next time..

Harbor cruise

Nice experience. Very informative. Only downside was a group of teenagers talking throughout the deck hand speaking, so it was a little hard to hear.
