Great tour! We were there on July 4. Didn’t get to see the HOH rainforest because of the crowds, but our tour guide gave us a different location to explore which was great.
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Shannon and Harold, it was so great having you on the tour! Glad you liked it! Enjoy Alaska!

Just wow! If you want to experience a day full of adventure and nature tripping on Olympic National Park, you should book this one. It's a long day but very fun with Max who is so friendly and knowledgeable. Also, it was so nice to know your fellow travelers. Just love it! ☺️
Response from Host, Jul 2026
Glad you had fun!

Had a great time seeing a bunch of sites in northwest Washington that we wouldn't have been able to if we didn't book this tour. Rachel was an excellent tour guide.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Kristine, thank you for the feedback, glad you enjoyed!

Excellent tour. Mark was super helpful and informative. We truly enjoyed are tour and found it well worth the price
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Art, it was great having you and your wife on the tour. And thanks for the questions and comments about all the plants!

Rachel did an awesome job explaining the area and what we were seeing. She was super friendly made both myself and my daughter feel welcome. It was a great time and we would highly recommend taking a tour with her.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Karen, wonderful, glad you and your daughter enjoyed!

The agenda for this day is too long with too much time driiving (5+ hours). The day went from 7am to 9:30 pm. Rachel did an okay job ( not the best I have experienced, but okay.) I do have a safety concern....Rachel's driving was agressive; tailgating and passing in an unsafe manner. I would not choose a trip with her again.
Vanshita_A, Jun 2026
Rachel was an amazing guide and the tour itinerary is incredible! If you want to see all the best parts of Olympic, there’s no better tour than this.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thanks for the feedback! Glad that you liked the itinerary!

I was amazed at the variety of different experiences in one trip! The unparalleled green of the rainforests to the moody beaches to the clear lakes to the cheesy but still fun stop in Forks for the Twi-Hards - the fun kept going all day. Thanks to our guide Jonny for going the extra mile to make sure each of the passengers got to see the main attraction on our lists, despite being behind schedule due to the line at the Hoh. I really appreciated his dedication, patience, and knowledge!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
You get to see a lot in one day! Glad you enjoyed Jenny!

A great introduction into the major points of the national forest! Jonny, our guide, knew exactly where to go to avoid crowds and give us the best experience possible. He was knowledge about the flora of the rainforest, the history of the places we visited, and answered every question we had. All in all it was a great trip and would recommend to anyone who wanted a 1-day crash course of the national forest.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you Jessica, glad you enjoyed the rainforest!

This was a fantastic day out! Stops were well planned to ensure a varied experience of the different scenery and sites on the Olympic Peninsula whilst breaking up a big day on the road. The bakery and coffee stop was an absolute gem that felt off the beaten track. Marc was great to chat to, super friendly, and full of interesting facts as a local. A nice touch that he came prepared with refreshments and had some great photo spots up his sleeve. Thanks Marc!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Lucy, glad you enjoyed, great having you on the tour and all the fun stuff you shared about Scotland!
Wade_S, Jun 2026
Marc’s tour of the treasures of the Olympic Peninsula was awesome. It was a jam-packed day of so many amazing natural sights. I’d recommend it to anyone looking to explore Olympic National Park.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you Wade! Glad you enjoyed!

Marc our guide was friendly and very informative. This requires a lot of driving but every stop is beautiful and worth the trip. We had a couple of stops- you have to have the homemade pastries at Nancy's Bakery...best ever! Hot out of the oven and worth every bite. The hikes were beautiful among the tallest cedars and Sitka spruces- over 300 years old. Truly magnificant to see. We went from city to forests to lakes. Had wonderful views of Mt Rainier and the mountain ranges. Good bathroom stops. Bring a sandwich as lunch is a later stop.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Ellen, glad you enjoyed the pastries and all those special old trees!
Leslie_T, Jun 2026
The guide was very kind and guided us through all the stops. She walked kinda fast through the hikes so we weren’t able to absorb all the beauty. I understand the need to stay on time though. There were two vans that went, it would have been better if they would have had a small bus and combined our groups. My husband is 6’3 and it was very difficult getting in and out of the van. We covered a lot of nice places but there was not much time at any place. No one’s fault but something to be aware of. Also, when I registered it stated 6-7 miles of walking. I think they meant 6-7 hours of driving. It also stated 15 years are older as a requirement. Kids younger than that were on the trip and they did fine. Glad I did it but could be refined to adapt to everyone and make the expectations of the day clearer before booking. I spent a lot on this day and not sure that the dollar amount equals the experience.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Leslie, the itinerary is clearly outlined, and it does not say 6-7 miles of hiking. There is no other way to get to the rainforest and beach areas of the Olympic Peninsula in a single day. Your van had 4 empty seats, which left a lot of extra space for you and the other guests. We also gave you a special group pickup.
Pamela_G, Jun 2026
The vast majority of the time on this tour is spent in the van. The rest of the time is many short, quick stops that require climbing in and out of the van.
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Pamela, the itinerary is clearly outlined, you get hours in the rainforest and beach area with less than half the time is in the van.
Gwendolyn_E, Jun 2026
Mark was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with him. He arrived right on time to pick us up, and from there we were off on an amazing day of exploring.
Throughout the tour, Mark shared so much interesting history, local facts, and information that made each stop even more meaningful. He went above and beyond by taking photos for us so we could enjoy the experience without worrying about getting the perfect shot. He also provided snacks and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch.
At the end of the day, he made sure we got back to our hotel safely and comfortably. His professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality made this one of the best tours we’ve ever taken.
I highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience. I enjoyed it so much that I already plan to come back with my kids and book another tour with him in the future!
Amie_F, Jun 2026
Marc had an amazing day planned out for this tour! We saw so many things we would not have been able to without this tour and his knowledge of the area. We really enjoyed it! Would definitely recommend!
Response from Host, Jun 2026
Thank you Amie! Glad you liked the tour!

I chose this tour because of the unique stops- rainforests, Forks, and using the Bainbridge Island Ferry! Marc was quite knowledgeable. It was like a quick snapshot of each place- making it easy to know where to spend more time for next time I come around. Thank you Marc!

Mia, glad you enjoyed the tour!

My tour to Olympic National Park was by far my favorite tour of my trip to WA. Everything about the day was well thought out and easy, which made it so enjoyable. The small tour size and comfortable van made for a personable day. Marc was an amazing guide — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the area. During the drive, he shared interesting facts about the places we passed through and had a great curated playlist, which made the drive fun and engaging.
One thing I really appreciated was that the hikes were guided, so we were able to see the best spots without feeling rushed or lost. Marc even offered to take photos for everyone and knew all the best viewpoints. He also kept us stocked with snacks and water throughout the day, which was such a nice touch.
I originally chose this tour because it included the rainforests and a stop in Forks, and it definitely did not disappoint. We stopped in Aberdeen for morning coffee and pastries and visited the Kurt Cobain Memorial Park, which was a cool visit and Marc shared great background info about Kurt Cobain. We also made unforgettable stops at the Quinault and the Hoh Rain Forests, and both were absolutely beautiful and unlike anywhere I’ve ever been. Visiting Ruby Beach and Lake Crescent was another highlight — the scenery everywhere we went was incredible.
Marc really picked the perfect stops and made the entire experience feel relaxed, fun, and memorable. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the beauty of Olympic National Park without having to worry about planning all the details themselves. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Very glad you liked the nature and the Olympic Peninsula! It was great having you on the tour!

If you only have one day to experience Olympic National Park from Seattle, this Viator tour is absolutely worth considering. It is a very full day with a lot of driving and van time, but we were able to see so many highlights that would have been difficult to fit in on our own. Walking through the Quinault Rainforest and hiking the Hall of Mosses Trail in the Hoh Rainforest felt surreal, and getting to visit Beach 1 and spend time at Ruby Beach made the day even more special. Lake Crescent was stunning and a perfect final stop before taking the ferry back into Seattle at the end of the day. Long day, but a great way to experience the beauty and variety of Olympic National Park if you're short on time.
Response from Host, May 2026
Thank you for the review and feedback! Glad you enjoyed the nature!
gail_r, May 2026
We scheduled our tour weeks in advance. Two days before the trip they asked if we could change days. We couldn't as we only had one full day in Seattle. They said ok. But then they emailed and cancelled due to "mechanical issues.". I guess their crystal ball told them they would have those issues on our designated day. I was a bit miffed and asked if they knew of another tour group. They suggested one, we booked and went with them and had an absolutely fantastic time.
Bo_C, May 2026
This is the most exquisitely planned day trip to Olympic national park one could ask for from Seattle. You get to see the best of rainforests and lakes, beach and ocean, small town vibe and a scenic ferry ride back to pacific sunset with the panoramic view of Seattle skyline. Our guide Rachel is super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and park, and I’d bow to the itinerary maker and the guide’s capability of managing this itinerary so well while I was just enjoying the flow of landscapes the entire day. Frankly it is a bit greedy of me to try to see Olympics national park in just one day and I’d hope I have weeks to myself to enjoy it, but if you only have one day like me, this trip is definitely the one you would want to sign up for.
Response from Host, May 2026
Thanks for your feedback, we are very glad you got to see so much in a single day!
Marci_S, May 2026
We have taken several van tours to National Parks. This was not one of our favorites. The van was extremely uncomfortable compared to other trips. Our driver was careful but unable to talk while driving so it felt like I missed a lot of park onformation.
Response from Host, May 2026
Hello Marci, safety is a top priority, and we try our best to share information as we are driving safely.
Kristi_R, May 2026
Wonderful!! We had an amazing time. Marc was a great guide, very knowledgeable, kind and informative. The day was long, but well worth it for the overall experience. Highly recommend! Thanks Marc!
Response from Host, May 2026
Thanks Kristi! Glad you liked the big day out.

Great way to cover a lot of ground and see some beautiful sights! Loved the rainforest walks- would be great for any age.
Response from Host, May 2026
Thanks for your love of the rainforest!

I’ve wanted to see Olympic National Park for a while, so when I learned I would be going to Seattle for a conference, I started looking for ways to get there. This tour was exactly what I was looking for! I was able to see this beautiful part of the county without having to figure out the logisitics or drive myself!
Each stop gave us a taste of the unique landscape and culture of the Pacific Northwest. I barely noticed the drive time because of the stunning scenery (including the Olympic Mountains and Mt. Rainier) and looking for wildlife. Also, the van was comfortable, we were given plenty of drinks and snacks (including chocolate 😋), and we listened to music including from many artists who came from the area. There were plenty of bathroom breaks including suggestions to wait if possible for better ones down the road (I definitely prefer a full bathroom compared to a pit in the ground that many national and state parks have).
Marc was a great tour guide. He was friendly and offered to take any pictures we wanted, even recommending the best spots to get a picture. He pointed out interesting plants and iconic places in WA as we drove. He was mindful of time without rushing us and accommodated our group’s preferences (for example, making sure those especially interested in Twilight or Nirvana were able to make the most of our stops). I appreciate the accommodation for lunch with my diet restriction and the phone charging blocks.
The ferry ride back into Seattle watching the skyline grow bigger and the sun go down was the cherry on top of the tour. I would definitely recommend this tour and company. I plan to keep them in mind for when I visit this state again!
Response from Host, May 2026
Wow! Andrea, thanks for the long and detailed summary of what you liked from the tour. It makes a difference hearing what really stood out to you from the many places we visited. Glad you had a very positive experience!
Brad_P, Apr 2026
Mark was an amazing guide, very patient and knowledgable about the area. Was a very long day but absolutely worth it for all the places you get to visit. If you only have one day in Olympic National Park, pick this tour.
Response from Host, May 2026
Awesome Brad! Glad you had a good time!
Felicia_F, Nov 2025
This was a full day with nonstop activities! We saw and did so much; our guide, Johnny, made sure we were comfortable, had snacks and drinks, along with music curated to the different attractions along the way! It was a rainy day but spectacular just the same.
Response from Host, May 2026
Wonderful, glad it worked out on a rainy day!
