Our best tour of the city bar none. Our guide had every answer to every question and then could tell us much more than your typical tour. Nothing here could be read from a book. The heart and history behind what makes this city so special.

Our guide was Susanah and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. All of our question were answered thoroughly and enthusiastically. The pace was perfect and despite the historic cobblestone streets, the paths were easy to navigate. The tour was a really great starting point to learn a much more detailed history of the city - an interest to learn more was definitely sparked by this tour. Highly recommend!!!

We took this tour on our first day in Savannah and are so glad we did! It was a great intro to the city and we learned a lot about it's history. Susannah was very knowledgeable and personable. Susannah was absolutely passionate about the history of Savannah! She was very knowledgeable and gave us some wonderful looks into the genesis of this unique city.
Savannah has such a rich history that we were able to immerse ourselves in with our fantastic guide who seemed to know just about everything we asked about. She had such an easy personality and truly made it her goal to both inform and entertain us. We visited MANY of the squares and strolled down so many streets that I was almost completely turned around in the end! No worries, as you end where you begin!
Susannah was not only informative, but also attentive to our needs. It was hot, of course, and we stopped under shade as we learned the history. While it was a good bit walking, I honestly think this tour could be comfortable to most. I know my nearly 80 year old mother would be fine…we just might not cover quite as much, which would be perfectly okay.
I truly believe a walking tour is so much more beneficial than any sort of riding tour. We walked casually down sidewalks as the history was revealed and explained. We lingered in spots we found more intriguing as we snapped pictures. This, as I watched trolleys whizzing quickly by whatever they were talking about. We found shops and museums tucked in streets that would we visit later.
I absolutely recommend this tour! Just bring a fan, plenty of water and a curious mind!

As far as historic tours go we were given a lot of information. Wayne was very knowledgeable. He was very personable and accommodating. We also liked the fact that he was easy to spot at the meeting spot by wearing a lanyard.

Bradley was delightful, knowledgeable, and full of great facts and trivia. We learned a lot. He took us to multiple historical places. We even got to go into the Olde Pink House and their downstairs bar. We very much enjoyed our tour!

Tour guide talked in front of group while walking and mostly spoke to people near him. Did stop in front of sites to discuss history. Would have liked more info on civil war.
