What a wonderful and unique way to experience Savannah. The ship is beautiful and the staff was super friendly and checked on our table adequately. The food was pretty good and we were able to eat our full meal before the ship even left the dock. Entertainment on each floor was fun to watch and listen to. The top floor was all open and we were able to see all the sights up there. They even had their own bar on the top. In my opinion this is a must see attraction while visiting Savannah and we highly recommend!

Food was good, Entertainment was good,but on break half the time.When we booked we told them it was a birthday and wanted near window,said ok was put in comments.When we got there it was $25 extra per person for window and $81.00 dollars for birthday.The cake was a 10 dollar overly sweet cake,flowers we gave to another lady for her birthday.And champagne was a $15.00 dollar bottle,then $45.00 for pictures after paying almost $ 200 dollars per couple then being aka carte for the rest, wasn't the birthday we want to give a friend.Also if my Employees were that sour it makes the experience worse for the guests.
Amazing views, the only issue was the food was cold and prime rib was practically raw.

Good to know you can board as early as 6pm. Service was good, food was decent except for the fish, very dry and salty. Desert was two choices, cheese cake and peach cobbler. The cobbler tasted like medicine to me. Music is very loud and so were the people, they played only old hip hop. Breathtaking views. Would I go again? No. It’s good to experience only once.
Food was not good. Service was good. I would recommend eat before and do the option with no food service.
We were excited to take this cruise with our family while in town of the first time but were disappointed with the outcome. Definitely felt it was way over priced. The food was undesirable, we stood waiting for staff to show up to the bar areas and the ice cream station. Several employees were rude and/or just not very friendly. Some entertainment on more than one level during the trip would have been nice. We will unfortunately not take another one the next time we are in town. Lots of potential but very lacking for the price you pay.
Very nice, safe, food, entertainment was great. Dancing music with your partner. Parking is horrible in Savannah. Better to take an Uber to get the ride! If not, you may not catch it. I noted 2 couples that didn't make it on time.
Live music was good, the trip down the river was interesting. Just sitting outside on decks was beautiful. Only negative was food. Not enough selection and all selections were southern style.
Quality would be average to poor wedding reception food. Knowing this we would still go.
Music was too loud for guests to have a conversation at their table without yelling. This made the entire room too loud. Air conditioning was so high people left the room to go outside and warm up.
Great atmosphere, exceptional service staff, and the food was excellent. We had a great time on the voyage.
The lady wasn’t nice and didn’t let us on the river boat because we’re late and they didn’t even left yet. 1/5 stars. Highly don’t recommend
It is not worth of your effort to get on this dinner cruise. The food was bad and there’s no narrative on board.
Not formal, just casual dress. The sites were beautiful. This was an experience worth the money. Can go with friends or partner.
The trip was very nice! I would do it again next time I’m down in Savannah. However, I did book the dinner cruise but our group decided to change to the brunch cruise and although I did change my reservation on Friday evening they didn’t refund me the difference. So no they do not refund your money at all.
This was a very nice excursion. The food was ok. Could have been better but the music was fantastic! Between the nice dinner music and then the DJ upstairs it was wonderful! We danced the night away!

Two hour boat experience with live music was wonderful. The talent was awesome overall a great experience and highly recommend it.

Takes a while to get onto the boat so come early...as soon as your at the table you can go get your food at the buffet. The food was good and the waitress we had was great.
The dinner cruise is a great experience to have while in Savanna. The meal was wonderful. The music fit the experience and the city light at night was great to look at.
I wish I had been made aware of activities on all levels. Top deck had DJ and dancing but I didn’t know until late.

Maybe it was because it was on a Monday night. We have been on this dinner boat cruise before and we were looking forward to doing it again. The food was cold and it appeared that level 1 was more exciting. The performers were great. I’m thinking it was the day of the week. We were celebrating our 19th wedding anniversary.

Food is disappointing, customer service non existent. On boarding the boat and getting to the reservation desk the host informs us he has nothing to scan our qr code then tells us we're lucky after finding our reservation? Afterwards he leads us to our table, then about 30 minutes later he brings other guest telling us we're sitting in the wrong seats ? I asked did he have twin that worked there as well, he said no and blatantly lied to our faces that he did not seat us there. I requested a manager someone name Emory who prove to be useless, I doubt she was a manager. Then we were told sitting by the windows were extra cost, no where on line it states an additional charge. I would Not recommend this cruise, with buffet dinners you never know what you're going to get. As paying customers I felt disrespected, inconvenienced and lied too!
