What a wonderful and unique way to experience Savannah. The ship is beautiful and the staff was super friendly and checked on our table adequately. The food was pretty good and we were able to eat our full meal before the ship even left the dock. Entertainment on each floor was fun to watch and listen to. The top floor was all open and we were able to see all the sights up there. They even had their own bar on the top. In my opinion this is a must see attraction while visiting Savannah and we highly recommend!

Extremely dissapointing. This venue came up first on my search for handicap friendly things to do in Savannah. When we got down to River street, part of the drive was blocked for through traffic, including the location of the ticket office. The only parking option was on steeply embanked cobble stone. My husband could not walk on it even with an all terrain walker. We tried to park near the elevator at City Hall which would have allowed us to take the elevator right down to the ticket office, but there was no where to pull over let alone park and part of that pull in was blocked for through traffic as well. We could not get close enough to safely get him to the boat and had to abandon our plans. We lost more than $200 since there there are no refunds regardless of the conditions. Now I understand the no refund policy. I will bet this happens to a lot of people. This venue was misrepresented when it claimed to be handicap friendly. We tried for 2 hours to find a way and could not. We will not waste any more money in Savannah and will not come back again.

The staff was nice and friendly. I really enjoyed the entertainment and of course the outdoor spaces to taken in the views while watching the dolphins randomly poke through the water. However, the food was a little disappointing.

There was nothing exciting about this cruise. No scenery. No activities. Just a boat 🚢 ride down the street. The dinner was a 3 the meat was under cooked. The shrimp and grits was good.

Experience was a positive one. My 2nd time taking this cruise. Entertainment was appealing not too loud. Dinner was very well prepared. Food was delicious. Staff was very welcoming and very helpful and kept drinks and table cleared and kept up with anything we may have needed. Boat ride was so smooth. Views of the river and Savannah did not disappoint. Got to see dolphins. 3 Decks to view all of the scenery. I would highly recommend for the experience.

Good experience overall. Timely departure, smooth cruise. Food was as expected with an outstanding roast beef, carved masterfully by a sous chef named Jet! Music could be a bit livelier. I would recommend for those who want a relaxing 2 hours over the river.

The food was good with salad, nice warm buns and a great selection of protein and nice chocolate cake to boot! The singer entertainment was truly good and it was a pleasure seeing an amazing Southern sunset! I highly recommend it!

We were here for New Year’s. The dinner cruise 🚢 was excellent food the live band was outstanding.
Last night we were a little disappointed. The food was okay but too much of a variety. Taste of the food was not good. We could barely hear the band. We were disappointed.

This was so much fun! Good for the whole family even small kiddos and fun for couples and retirees too. ADA friendly if you need wheels. Easy going cruise, friendly staff, variety of entertainment and great roast beef. Buffet dinner with salad and dessert included and full bar available for purchase. Highly recommend seeing the choir perform! Such energy. Great city views, easy boarding, not too crowded late June - weather super pleasant. Easy restrooms.

I booked the Dinner River boat cruise for my husband and married friends and me. We got on the boat about half an hour early, around 6:30. The buffet was pretty good. We didn't expect too much, so we were happy with it. We did not have good service for our drinks, salads, and dessert. We had to wait a very long time and at one point had to send someone looking for her to get out desserts. The peach cobbler was not great as it tasted like it was made from canned peaches but the chocolate cake was very good. We never got a bill, so my husband went back later and found someone to get our bill, so we could pay for our drinks and leave a tip. The lady who carved the prime rib also cleaned out table and others and fetched our waitress for us. She was working her tookus off as were many others. We saw a marriage proposal and our entertainment was good. After dinner, the views of the sunset and the breeze was spectacular. We enjoyed our river cruise and are glad that we went.

This was a very fun experience. We purchased the buffet dinner sunset cruise package. The food was fabulous and our waitress was great. When we were being seated I asked for a window seat. The charged $25 PER PERSIN to sit at the window. Please dont waste your money for this option unless you plan on remaining inside the entiee 2 hour trip. In hindsight, I would have stayed where they sat us. Your table is assigned to you and you can come and go anywhere on the boat as you please but be aware any food you leave that you expect to come back to will be cleared around 8pm if youre not at your table. We were disappointed the paddle portion of this riverboat was not operational but was still cool to see. Both buffet and non buffet experiences had live music and everyone was allowed to wander the boat, regardless what cruise type you purchased. There is plenty of on deck seating to take in the views and we saw dolphins on our trip! Overall a great experience that we would do again.

Perfect way to view Savannah riverfront and the river. The city lights and beautiful sunset were so so great to watch. We spotted dolphins around the boat which was so fun! Staff were great and the boat so fun to walk around. Would recommend this to anyone coming to Savannah.

The cruise was nice. Sitting on deck after dinner was enjoyable. However, the dinner was not worth it. Service felt rushed. Meat was tough. Water has a bad taste, which also affects the tea. Alcoholic beverages were not great. Dinner tables are too close together.

To get close parking we had to pay 2.50 an hour which was fine with us and we walked the street checking out the cool little shops before our cruise. When we was boarding they took our picture and we had the option to get a picture package. Dinner was not bad but I was under the impression that ice cream and alcohol was included in the cost but was not which is understandable. During our cruise we was able to see dolphins and a beautiful sunset before returning to shore.
