What are people saying about Savannah

Great tour!
Our tour guide, Chris, was deeply knowledgeable about Bonaventure Cemetery and Savannah’s history. The 2 hour tour hits the most popular resting places, but his personal favorites were even more interesting. We had some challenges navigating the cemetery and figuring out parking with a funeral that was happening as we arrived, but it worked out - something to be aware of. Highly recommend this tour!

Take this tour!
I LOVED this tour! My parents were with me, and one has a hearing impairment- this was completely ameliorated by the earpiece issued to each participant. From this tour, we sought other experiences, loving each one- the Mercer House, the Six Pence Pub, and an amazing bookstore, E. Shavers Booksellers…all because of our guide! I can’t say enough about our guide! Amazing☺️

Great way to learn about Savannah’s haunted side
Very informative and unique perspective into the “haunted” side of Savannah. You definitely learn things about Savannah that you don’t hear about on the daytime tours. Our guide, Olly (sp?) was knowledgeable and lovely. The ear pieces were a perfect touch and allowed us to clearly hear every word Olly spoke as we strolled the streets. It covers a lot of ground and is a decent amount of walking so be prepared definitely wear comfy clothes and shoes. Our tour took about 2 hours.

Fantastic food and history tour
This was a fantastic food, city and history tour. We did this our 1st day in Savannah and it was a perfect introduction to the city. The tastings were excellent and varied, and well paced with walking and exploring in between. Our guide, Cindy was a local wealth of knowledge and very engaging. Could not have been better! Highly recommend.

Delicious Food and Local History tour
Cindy was an amazing guide, a lifelong resident with never ending enthusiasm for her city. We had lots of diverse and wonderful local cuisine experiences, combined with lots of history and scenic stops. I would strongly recommend this tour, sans diet!!

Superb Experience
Tim is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable, busts myths with hard facts and his devotion to the cemetery is inspiring. His family has been in Savannah for generations and he knows SO much. If you want the real history and thoughtful observations Tim is the best!

Totally worth the money.
I truly thought there would not be enough food but I was wrong. The food was good and plentiful. It was really more of a "walk around try different foods" than a lot of history. For the cost it was totally worth it. Christine was our guide and at first I truly thought she was a bit different but OMG, she was so funny with a dry sense of humor and she does know a lot about the history. I would totally recommend this but if you want a lot of history probably a walk around only history of Savannah would be best.

Amazingggggg
Our guide Chloe was so fun!! She let us hold an EMF detector while we walked around Savanah. She was a great story teller and gave us so many good insights. I’ve done a lot of ghost tours in Savannah over the years and she told me I’m history that I had never heard from other tour guides. 10/10 fr fr give her a raise LOL!

Highly recommend
Laura was excellent, super knowledgeable, and passionate about the tour. Very fun and entertaining tour with two teenage girls who were a bit creeped out. This is perfect for a family with details that are scary enough to creep you out but not so scary or graphic that it will keep kids up at night.

Tying it Together
Jodie was a great guide. In a noisy city, with tours everywhere, he was loud enough to not miss anything. We did it our last night so for us it tied together a number of other activities including seeing Gracie’s grave and hearing about Saved by the Bell. It also painted an interesting picture of how the thriving, cute Savannah of today was much different from the Civil War to late 20th Century. A great story teller and enjoyed an evening walk through the downtown.

Megan was super knowledgeable about thr history of the subject matter. She has a way of telling stories that draw you in and make your jaw drop...literally. We had a great group and the bars we visited has its own lovely charm and uniqueness. I would definitely do something like this again.
