Ms. Roz was so knowledgeable. I was truly shocked at some of the information I learned. I’ve lived in Georgia my whole life and never knew lots of the stuff that I learned on this tour. Roz held my kids attention the whole time too. I’m thankful we took this opportunity to learn about the parts of history no one wants to talk about.

This tour is a must see during your time in Savannah, Ga; there is so much history. The conductor was excellent with her wealth of knowledge. It was amazing hearing how the symbol on steel fences means something representing different African tribe, for example the upside-down hearts and the "S" shapes. Just amazing!!

Life Changing Tour by Eyes Being Opened through Sister Pat

Holly_M, May 2026
This was an incredible tour and you would miss a huge experience if you dont take it. Sister Pat is a unique compassionate women who opens your eyes to slavery and Savannahs history. I won't look at the architecture in this city without seeing the stamp of skilled slaves. I also understand more about the racial tensions that exist/existed in Savannah yet gained hope from hearing about the work of reconciliation and healing.

Austin_Z, Apr 2026
The guide is very nice but it would seem that she spreads some opinionated information. We found where she said slaves were held, but based on the plaque at the site, there’s no evidence to prove it. We took several other historical tours, and each was different or opposite of her information. There were several references to personal and spiritual opinions.

Highly Recommended Tour!

Great information, disappointed with the tour

Ruben_T, Apr 2026
The information was great, but the tour was not that good, the only time we got off the bus at the first square was ok but we just stood in one spot and catapilots were crawling on some of us. We did,nt walk around the statue to read about ithe statue...the rest of the tour was on the bus the rest of the tour was only pointed out and we did not get to experience the statues writing...no bathroom near by for guests, some ladies had to run to use a bathroom...we were disappointed with the tour but not the information on slavery's history

Keisha_R, Apr 2026
This experience was the most Inspirational ,knowledgeable, and spiritual tour I have ever taken. Sister Pat’s uncanny delivery and devotion on Gullah Geechee culture and the Savannah Slave Trade was beyond what I expected and received. Her storytelling transported me back to those times seeing and feeling what it must have been like for our ancestors. I personally want to thank Sister Pat for her continued contribution to making things right for those before us who went unknown and stripped away from there own culture through the trauma from the Transatlantic Slave Trade. She continues to work tirelessly doing these tours to pour both the truth of what really happened back than and encourages anyone and everyone let the truth be told. Sister Pat, I thank you for pouring into me the lack of knowledge I thought I knew but really had know idea about what really happened 200 plus years ago to our people snatched from the Motherland Africa. I also want to thank you for your gentle and spiritual wisdom you shared with me and my husband at the end of the bus tour from Spirit/ Ancestors!! You have forever change my life in a way that could only been orchestrated by the Divine Spirit! Much love! ASHAY
