It was raining most of the tour. Bring an umbrella! Our tour guide was great! Very dramatic and had excellent stories based on historical facts. Loved it!!!

Pros: Kelby(our tour guide), has a background in childrens' theater, so she was very entertaining. She was knowledgeable about Savannah and it's haunted history. She was concerned about our walking safety, and would warn us about unlevel areas on the sidewalks/roads etc. When transitioning from one area to another, she always made sure we were all together before she started her talks about that particular area/haunt. The tour was a good length(1.5 hours).
We did not experience any paranormal or ghost activity.
Cons: The only con for us was that it was still light(7:00-8:30). We should have gone to the later one at 9. The ghost stories would have been scarier.

Very knowledgeable and entertaining would definitely take another tour with him. He was a real professional.

We had a great experience. It was funny, engaging, and informative about the history of Savannah. You’ll walk around Savannah with a different view after this tour
Laura_W, Jun 2026
She gave the tour to the assigned spots and recited the assigned script. Nothing terrible but nothing engaging either. It met the parameters. We met other people who thought it was the highlight of the trip but obviously with a different tour guide or company.

Such a fun, interesting and educational experience. It was our first ever ghost tour and our first ever time in Savannah and we learned so much about this history of the city. We had a great time.

Beautiful walk! Our guide was knowledgeable while still being able to get in humor. Neat historical information!
Addison_H, Jun 2026
I really loved the tour!! I do not believe in the paranormal whatsoever but I do enjoy listening to stories about it. They had so much interesting history and facts. You can clearly feel that the tour guides really care about their job

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave a good tour, but be warned that this is a historic tour more than a ghost tour. Several of the stops didn’t even have a ghost story attached, rather information on the area or what used to be in the area. It was interesting but lacked the darker history we were looking for on a ghost tour

Amazing tour. The host, Dan, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this!

Absolutely amazing! Nothing I was expecting (see or feel ghosts) but everything I wanted to hear. The history of Savannah is much more than what meets the eye. There is a morbid, sad but truthful history that most are unaware of, this shows that side of Savannah's past.

If I remember correctly, our tour guide was Dan. He was incredible! My family and I have done numerous guided tours around the world and the guide makes such a huge impact on the quality of the experience. Dan was perfect! He dressed the part and presented great information in an entertaining way. He would have been a fantastic history teacher. So glad we had this experience! My 11-year-old even loved it.

Meghan_M, May 2026
We had a wonderful experience. Dan was an exceptional guide with not only story telling, but actively stood in the way of traffic when his group was crossing the streets. We highly recommend this tour for travelers.

Fun experience. Lots of interesting history mixed in with the spooky stories. Guide was very informative and funny. Wear comfortable walking shoes!
Todd_M, May 2026
It was interesting and the tour guide was an excellent speaks with a lot of knowledge . The tour wasn’t so far to walk and we could stay together all 20 of us. The stories were a little robotic at times but he added some flair of recent events.
Rhiannon_A, May 2026
Fun relaxed tour. Not scary at all. 12 and 13 year old kids had fun. Tour guide was knowledgeable. Good time.
Mary, May 2026
It was a fun walking tour filled with history, haunt, and folklore! Kelbie was a great guide! I would encourage doing the tour when it’s dark.
michelleulick, May 2026
Our tour was with Dan and he was absolutely perfect for this type of tour. He is a charismatic and and engaging and earnest storyteller who really pulled everyone into his stories about the history of Savannah and the number of dead and buried everywhere underfoot. This was the perfect tour!
Julie_M, May 2026
Our guide was so knowledgeable and made every story entertaining. One of the best ghost tours I’ve done!
Jeff_W, May 2026
What a great tour! Our guide, Dan, was very informative and entertaining. Walked at a very easy pace, told tons of interesting stories about the history and haunts of Savannah. Small group size makes it very easy to hear your guide and ask questions along the way. Definitely one of the highlights of our time in Savannah.
Emily_W, May 2026
I highly recommend this tour if you are trying to avoid the more gimmicky, tourist trap ghost tours. Dan was an amazing guide and storyteller and had a wealth of knowledge about historic Savannah. A fascinating and educational experience.
Eric_H, May 2026
Dan is a very knowledgeable guide who takes pride in his work. Knows the history of the area as well as the ghost stories !
Brianna_K, May 2026
Dan was such an amazing tour guide! So informative, well spoken, fun, kind and accommodating. The tour was great and heard stories I’ve never heard before and some classics but in more detail. Totally worth going and would recommend.
