- A valid passport or driving license is required for identity verification at the entrance.
- All tickets must be issued in the visitor’s name. The name on the ticket must exactly match the visitor’s valid ID. Tickets with name mismatch are invalid and non-refundable.
- The Sistine Chapel may close without notice due to religious events or papal ceremonies. Vatican Museums access remains valid. No refunds apply.
- During peak hours, entry may be delayed by up to 30 minutes due to Vatican security procedures. No refunds apply in such cases.
- Advance bookings: Tickets are delivered digitally via email or WhatsApp. Same-day or last-minute bookings: Tickets must be collected at the meeting point listed on the voucher.
- Important Travel Notice: All Vatican Museums tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable once confirmed, including in case of war (recent global conflicts) or any unforeseen emergency.

Had a difficult time obtaining the actual tickets to get in. Got in quickly after obtaining them. I felt like communication was poor. Very crowded even at 830am. Sistine chapel was an underwhelming experience

About the crowd: We are just a private provider, not Vatican so it's not in our hands. Hope they will improve the entrance system.

This is not a ticket. You must go to a kiosk to get your tickets. When we arrived early as we were concerned that we didn’t have any verifiable tickets after we paid $265 and no cancellation possible we were sent away to not return until 30 min before our entry time. We did finally get our tickets and they were valid, but a very overpriced way to see the Vatican. I would suggest buying the tickets elsewhere.

You arrived at our office earlier than necessary. As stated in the voucher instructions, we provide the actual tickets 20 minutes before the scheduled time.
If you found our prices to be high, please know that we are a private company, and it is common for us to sell tickets at prices different from retail.
In the future, we recommend booking at least one year in advance with the Vatican. This will give you a clearer understanding of the procedures and requirements. Instead of making judgments based solely on your experience, we encourage you to review what you booked carefully."

We were initially worried from the reviews, but the ticket was legitimate. You just have to go to their tour booth listed on the voucher ahead of time to pick up the ticket.

We arrived early to pick up our tickets and the very helpful young man got us earlier tickets, brought us somewhere to grab something to eat and walked us over to ensure we got in the right line. Tried to give him a little something but he resisted, indicating he was happy to help. Entrance to the Vatican Museum was seamless and it was great to not have to wait in a very long line despite the early entrance. Definitely worth it to skip the line.

Perfect for a busy time of the season. We had to get the voucher at a meeting point a block from the Vatican entrance. Our facilitator Frank was efficient. He walked us exactly inside the Vatican Museum and got the tickets for us. Perfect for someone who likes things done for them and done the right way. This is just Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel.

Be prepared for a lot of walking because it is very big, but there is so much to see and learn. A lot of history and details.

O bilhete funcionou bem, fomos buscar na hora certa e depois fomos para a porta dos museus do vaticano meia hora depois. Mas foi uma forma muito cara para entrar, recomendo comprar com antecedência e usar o site oficial (muito mais barato e o skip de line é falso, no sentido de que só “saltamos” a fila para comprar bilhete, vamos para a fila da entrada na mesma, apesar de ser curta). Também recomendo ir numa estação do ano com menos gente. Em agosto estava cheio de gente, quase insuportável, com muita confusao e não dava para aproveitar muito bem. Não há ar condicionado, estava muito abafado e quente. Há museus bonitos e que valem a pena visitar, mas outros não valem tanto a pena. Para quem procura igrejas recomendo as basílicas gratuitas e para quem pretende um bom museu recomendo as Gallerias Borghese.

Je trouve le billet cher par rapport au vrai prix du ticket. J’ai eu la surprise quand j’ai reçu le vrai billet sur place à 17€ alors que j’ai payé plus du double. J’ai aussi été déçu que la personne qui nous a amené jusqu’à sur place ne parlait pas un mot français. Mis à part cela c’était très bien et bien organisé
