There was no experience to begin with. The tour operator/guide never showed up. We weed waiting since 4 PM and waited till 6 PM. Called multiple times, left whatsapp chats. No one answered. Along with us, there we 6 more people who has booked their tour and they were equally clueless. Never ever trust Roman Safari opertor. It has been a day and they have still not contacted us with the refund details. They ruined our day and caused us mental and financial distress. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!!! WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR REFUND
