Freya was an amazing guide through both the wine tasting, and the Trastavere neighborhood. She was knowledgeable and friendly and taught us quite a bit of food/wine history we didn't know before. The value on this tour was great- from the food plate that included truffle-infused products, cured meats, and aged balsamic, to the two wines (multiple glasses of each!), and the gelato to end the tour. We would recommend this tour to anyone coming to Rome- first timers and familiar travellers alike!

The wine and food tasting tour was a nice start to our Rome vacation. Silvia, our host explained each wine and pairing with the food with a wealth of knowledge. The food samples provided were so good that we actually purchased a couple of them to take back home with us. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice experience. I am glad we did it on Christmas Day. It made my day special. The wines chosen for the tasting are very good wines and they are not shy when it comes fo fill that glass. The cheese plate to pair with the wines is delicious. Our guide was very knowledgable and vivacious. She was very kind and fun too. After the wine tasting we walked though Trastevere for a few minutes to get to a gellateria. The gellato is also included in the price. I have to say it was the best gellato we had in all Italy! It is the experience I mostly talk about when I talk about my trip.

Vivianne was an amazing host. By far the best wine tasting experience I have had. I have gone to quite a few of them in the USA but it’s night and day compared to this one. She was extremely knowledgeable and thought me so much about wine in Italy. The cool thing with her as well was how friendly she was and so keen to help everyone in the group enjoy ourselves. We created such a bond that we ended up hanging out that night with the people who joined us on this tour.

We had a great time at the wine tasting. Small group of 8 shared 3 Italian wines and paired them with meats and cheeses from the area. That was followed with some of the best traditional Italian gelato

An informative and fun experience. 3 wines couple with small morsels of cheese and meats. Another layer of flavor was introduced with truffle, honey or dark chocolate. The pairings were spot on and each one had its own character that stimulated different taste buds. Our guide delivered her presentation with passion and expertise. The stroll to get gelato was a nice touch to end the experience. Well done!

Healthy serving of nine wines! All tailored to your likes/dislikes and knowledge. Environment is friendly, family-run business. They also make their own olive oil, which was so good we bought a bottle!
