Stay far away from Rome Live Tours

Absolutely horrible. If the company is Rome Live Tours……stay away!!! The entire group purchased underground tickets and all of us were let down when our tickets all of a sudden were “arena” only. Then a microphone stopped working half way through. And Rome Live Tours said “it happens, but we aren’t doing anything for you….contact Viator!” They didn’t care how the experience was or about their customers. Only the numbers they could push through. Stay away from anything that says Rome Live Tours or where the meeting point is at Monte Oppio 10. The group all complained and they didn’t do anything. Terrible business and customer service was non existent.

Horrible experience. This tour company did not honor our tour time and bumped us back. Due to this, we could not make it inside the Colosseum. Also, there is no skip the line option at the Colosseum. It is false advertising.

We had a very nice Asian lady who's understanding of English was good but pronunciation was terrible. We understood around 10 % . We would have been better off reading the instructions on the walls.

Tour was not at location designated. Tour did not start as promised. At the main office, attendants were confrontational and made physically aggressive gestures to our party when we inquired about their services. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

Todo bien con la comunicación y coordinación con la recepción. Tienes que llegar a su oficina que está muy cerca de la entrada al coliseo, sique eso está Perfecto. PERO, el guía del tour muy malo, no fue agradable, pesado, entregó muy poca información. El precio muy alto el que cobran por la gestión de entradas y un mal guía
