We had a wonderful experience on this bike tour! The only thing to keep in mind for families is that they don’t have individual bikes available for younger children around age 10 to ride on their own, which was a little disappointing for us.They did, however, offer a tandem bike as an alternative.
That being said, Vincenzo, our tour guide, truly made the experience exceptional. He was an amazing guide—knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about the history of the city. Throughout the tour, he shared so many interesting stories, historical details, and explanations that really brought everything we were seeing to life. He kept us interested from beginning to end and actually left us wanting to learn and see even more!
Overall, it was a fantastic tour and a great way to explore the city while learning about its history. Vincenzo definitely made the difference and turned it into a memorable experience. Highly recommended.

We had an awesome time with Paul the guide. He was very energetic, knowledgeable and fun. We highly recommend this activity as we saw many sites, over a lot of distance.

This was a great way of seeing the city and riding an ebike made it even better. Vincenzo was brilliant, he had lots of knowledge about the city sights. He made sure we all stayed together in our group of 7.

Two hour and a half biking tool make you see the major landmarks of Roma it was perfect because we only had a day with my son in the city. Interesting historical comments, Paolo was very helpful and small group. Complimentary water bottle and good bikes. Good price.

Samir was the best tour guide ever! Learned alot of history. Pro tip: If you are shorter than 5’2, the e-bikes may be too big for you even at the lowest seat setting. Overall, this bike tour was great.

The beginning of the bike tour was a little tough around Trevi and the Pantheon because of the congestion of pedestrian traffic, but once you get out of that area it really opens up. The guide was very good and knowledge. You cover a lot of ground in the time and the kids will love it. I recommend for a great introduction to Rome and get some valuable insight for the remainder of your trip.

It takes getting used to the e-bike, but it’s worth it. Especially on the hills. Auto and pedestrian traffic was a lot. Our guide got us through it.

vincenzo is the BEST!! he was able to answer all of our questions about the history of rome, and you get to see all of the popular sights in ONE tour!! the biking is a little challenging but they have E-bikes! but it’s slow paced as well, not a race! we both had such a great time and learned so much, i would 100% recommend this to anyone traveling to rome!!

There are no bike lanes, you ride in the street amongst pedestrians and traffic. If you are a confident bike rider, you should be fine. We are 66 and 69, love our bikes at home. Never did e-bikes before and are so glad we tried them.

Il tour è perfetto anche per le famiglie: mio figlio di 10 anni ha girato comodamente in bici su un tandem e si è divertito tantissimo.
Abbiamo visto le tappe più iconiche di Roma senza mai annoiarci, anzi, il tempo è volato.
Giada è stata una guida pazzesca! ravissima sia in inglese sia in italiano e aveva sempre una risposta pronta per qualsiasi domanda.
Lo consiglio davvero a chi ha poco tempo per visitare la città ma vuole comunque avere una visione chiara, completa e divertente di Roma.
The tour is perfect for families too: my 10-year-old son comfortably rode a tandem bike and had so much fun.
We visited the most iconic spots in Rome without ever getting bored — actually, time flew by.
Giada was an amazing guide! excellent both in English and Italian, and she always had an answer ready for every question.
I truly recommend this tour to anyone who has limited time to visit the city but still wants to get a clear, complete, and fun overview of Rome.

It was hard to understand the guide. He didn’t really help explain how the e-bikes work and never asked how we were doing. It was a bit tricky riding on very crowded cobblestone streets. He didn’t give us much information often telling us we’d be going through a few different neighborhoods but not stopping to tell us about them. I didn’t even realize that we rode through some that were of interest.
Bike had a nice soft seat but the ebike seemed to lurch. The bathroom had no seat and no paper so tough for women.

The experience was great. A bit shorter than other companies that organize bike tours in Rome. One remark: Viator confirmed that Dutch tour guide was available, but immediately after booking that actual company delivering this (orange fox) said that Dutch was not available for the booked slot.

We have done quite a few bike tours through Europe and the states. Our guide was super nice and knowledgeable but this city and where we went is not very bike friendly. I felt like we were always having to watch out for walkers. We were here in May so I can only imagine how much more crowded it would be in peak months. I did like being able to walk around at some of the sites and our guide gave us 15-20 minutes take it all in. That was great, but I would have preferred to do a walking tour over a bike tour in this city. We chose to get regular bikes and opted out of electric bikes. I’m happy I did because I didnt mind biking on the few hills we had. Our tour guide was great and helpful I just wish the path we chose was better for biking.

We had regular bikes, but if you want to have a leisurely ride, we recommend the e-bykes. There are plenty of hills that will challenge you 😉 We had a great time!

There were at least 12 people on this tour, which was WAY too many. Rome is crazy busy with tourists at this time of year and so it was so stressful to try to keep the group together. Plus finding a place to park all those bikes was a challenge and one time all the bikes fell over after one tipped. We went down narrow streets crammed with tourists and major roads with buses cars and motorcycles. Not everyone was provided a helmet.
On the plus side, the tour did go to major sites much faster than we could have gone by foot or any other form of transportation.

Upon arrival info that Dutch tourguide was not available (a) and it was too late for them to inform us to cancel the trip (b). our option: either cancel and get refund, or take the trip with 'fee upgrade' from regular bike to electric bike. As we scheduled the afternoon as such, we took that option (less interesting as son & wife do not 100% master english). Sadly the guide (Mr M) was not motivated at all and yawning often, event had to stop for a coffee and food (seems he was booked on 4 tours that day). Limited stories, no inside info, both tourguide as tourist were happy it was finished... we did not even cover the last foreseen stop. All in all, not to our expectations (antoher Dutch couple in our tour felt the same). In other cities i had much better experiences with such bike-tours. Bad start of our first day in Rome.

Cycling around Rome was good fun. We understood most of what the guide said.
At the booking desk there was heavy upselling to swap the booking to electric bikes. We conceded to 2/4, got charged for all 4 and had to accept refund in cash. Whilst one in our party benefitted from the electric motor, it really wasn’t needed (just one steeper hill on the tour), so it felt like a rip off with nearly double the price.
