We were not able to get into the Palantine Hill nor the Forum, as we were told we were supposed to have a printed ticket from our Colosseum tour guide, but we did not get one. We didn't have time to go back to the Colosseum to figure it out, so didn't see 2 of the 3 attractions we paid for. We were also not able to switch attendees at the check-in point. The Colosseum tour was good (Andrea, guide) and thorough, very interesting! I just wouldn't have paid $83 each if I knew we could only see one attraction.

Entry to these areas is included with the Colosseum ticket and does not require a separate printed ticket; however, we understand that unclear instructions or time constraints can make this frustrating while traveling. We regret that this prevented you from fully enjoying all three sites. Regarding the attendee change, Colosseum tickets are nominative and unfortunately cannot be modified at the meeting point due to monument regulations. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve how we communicate important details before the tour. This was a total scam. I paid, I got here 30mins before time. I could not find the so called tour company. I sent messages and called, there was no response. I ended up not going for us. I totally regret buying ticket on this platform and will never do it again. I need a refund of my money

Our guide and support team attempted to contact you multiple times before the scheduled start, and the rest of the group was present at the correct meeting point and entered the Colosseum on time. Unfortunately, we were only able to reach you over an hour later, once the tour was already inside the monument. That said, we understand how stressful this situation can be while traveling, and for this reason we have already processed a full refund as a gesture of goodwill. We truly regret the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
