Location of meeting place was extremely difficult to find. We circled about for 45 minutes and after talking to police, post office workers, Basilica employees, a Basilica entrance worker walked us to the exact location. We NEVER would have found it. The tour guide was knowledgeable but certainly expected his group to stay together without a concern if we lost track of him. The tour was just the right length. However, the info was recited rapidly and I found it hard to follow. I was pleased that he ushered us through the Basilica quite well.

Our agency is located very close to St. Peter’s Square, but we understand that it may not always be easy to find, especially for first-time visitors. We will evaluate possible solutions to make our location more visible and easier to recognize. Regarding the group management, on very busy days it can be challenging for guides to keep the whole group together due to the large number of visitors inside the Basilica and around the access areas. However, we understand your observation and will work on improving this aspect. As for the pace of the explanations, we will also take your comment into consideration and remind our guides to maintain a clear and accessible rhythm, so that guests can better follow the information provided during the tour.
