Superb service! Our flight was late by 30 minutes from arrival and we had to wait to get off the flight to a passenger needing paramedics. Our driver not only waited for us but was also extremely friendly and professional.

This vendor is not honorable. I disputed this transaction, because after several delays with my Airline-(BA) and re-bookings; and my calls to this vendor on the number provided, to inform them of my airline difficulties, and their telling me that my driver was notified and would be making contact, I arrived to Rome -Midnight, no driver, and the party accessible for this company, simply stating that the driver had come several hours before to pick me up. They had my airline information and my phone number. No contact from any Driver or the company, during my duress. [They lied and their phone representatives did not do their job.] I had to hire a taxi from FCO to my hotel in the early morning hours.

Mrs Sandra, we don't know what service you are complaining about, i can assure you that for several weeks we have not had any pick-p service at fco airport with landing difficulties or delays. pay attention where you booked, maybe some dealer who then did not communicate anything to us and collected the cost of the service. if you want to trace the dealer, send us the details of your booking to try to get to the point of the situation. we are sorry for you. we from the office do not remember having given availability of driver for a pick-up at midnight?????...

Good morning, as we explained to you and apologized, our cars were busy with 2 important events in Tuscany: 1 wedding and 1 movie (recordings). Our cars had to enter Rome, the morning of the day you arrive at 6:00 pm so it would have been ideal but the same morning the production asked me for 1 more day of work. Despite the difficulties I asked several collaborators to help me cover your service but unfortunately they were all busy. We apologize for the inconvenience

After an overnight flight with kids and an elderly parent, and an extra long wait for bags, our long anticipated family trip began with our driver leaving us at the airport. I reserved for 3:30, but the driver began our hour's grace period at 2:50, when wheels touched down, which makes no sense. He called and let the phone ring once, then texted to say I was in breach and he was leaving. This was very unfortunate, and Viator refused to refund the considerable fee. Every other driving service we used on our trip was excellent and kind. Maybe this driver was having a bad day, but I heartily recommend you look elsewhere, and this will be the last time I use Viator.

Good morning, people like you always try to have everything for free or take for granted the sacrifice, respect and considerations of those who work for you! Previously you tried with us and the American agency and you had negative responses because we categorically demonstrated our serious and professional work that we offer to all our customers and users. Now you are trying to create damage against us through this review, it is absurd, sooner or later life takes care of putting everything and everyone in the appropriate spaces and places. You never showed up at 3.30 for the meeting (flight landed about 1 hour before) with the driver inside the airport terminal, the driver and we from the office tried to contact you via messages and several phone calls for more than an hour until 17.00 (the phone always rang regularly) and you dear customer never answered (yes you answered and told us any kind of problem or obstacle we would have waited for it or found a solution instead you did not even have the initiative to communicate any delay and much less the delight to answer our phone calls or messages. Even though we did something extraordinary, we remained at the airport for almost 3 hours waiting for some news from you but nothing! Usually the waiting times are 60 minutes maximum after the flight has landed, as it is written and detailed in the service at the time of booking. In this case you asked for the meeting at 15.30 but even taking this time into consideration you have exceeded the times. In any case, as we had already explained to you, it was enough to call or communicate in some way any delay (in any case strange after the flight has landed except for lost suitcases but that is not your case). Have a good continuation

Driver was on time. Spoke my language. We had 8 passengers- 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Van was a 7 passenger van but we all fit. We had 2 large suitcases, 5 carryon bags and several backpacks. Everything fit great. Overall good experience.

Clean and affordable, but unpleasant driver

Driver Alex was on time and this transfer was affordable. His car was very clean. However, our experience was not great as we were traveling with kids and he didn’t communicate that it was a pretty far walk to get to the car from the terminal. He should have suggested a luggage cart to make the walk with luggage a bit easier. He was also a bit rude and insisted we put our back packs (with electronics and other valuable items) in the trunk instead of in the passenger compartment with us because he didn’t want his seats to get ruined. We obviously insisted that was not acceptable and he dropped it. But it was not a pleasant way to start our trip.

Good evening dear customers, we try to do our best but there are many of you, you should know that our company manages more than 60/70 services every day in high season. Unfortunately the parking lots are 200 meters away by airport regulations (to facilitate the public taxi service) and on the other side in the arrivals terminal it is very difficult to find trolleys (there are more at departures) instead inside where you have collected the suitcases there are and it is easier to have them. By internal regulations of our company, the drivers must put all the suitcases and backpacks in the back in the trunk for safety and convenience reasons because it travels inside, cell phones and electronic material are allowed to take them with you, you just had to remove them from your backpacks, there are no problems and we are sorry for the misunderstanding. In order to avoid unpleasant moments, backpacks and suitcases must be placed in the back to protect our real leather seats (very expensive), unfortunately years ago, some customers when getting off drag (pull and rub) bags and backpacks full of zippers creating scratches and sometimes tears in the leather. others put dirty shoes on the seats over their legs they put bags and backpacks. We apologize if the way to take care of our vehicle has perhaps not been understood in the best way but believe us we try to maintain order to be able to offer you an impeccable, comfortable and professional service for all of you. Our flight landed early. I would have preferred that this company kept track of our flight and arrived an hour early but they stuck to the time we agreed on. With that being said our driver Francesco was still about 10 min late from our meeting time. He didn’t speak English and didn’t try to talk to us at all. He also texted on his cell phone the entire time we drove from the airport to Rome.

We understand your concerns but unfortunately we don't have helpers who can dedicate too much time to a single customer, the month of August is a very high season month where we have more than 120 daily services (like many other companies) and the times are right, organized by time and with only 10/15 minutes of flexibility between one service and another. If an arrival at the airport changes the arrival time by 1 hour + the minimum 40 minutes to leave with the suitcases, unfortunately the situation upsets us greatly because of the secuance of services both before and after your arrival. Usually for a transfer service the drivers speak the minimum and indispensable English unlike the drivers who do the tours.
