Got Us to Our Destination

The driver got us to where we needed to go, but at the cost of my dad's wheelchair and a suitcase. The suitcase fell from the back of the van twice and the wheelchair lost a screw making it inoperable for my dad. Be aware: don't come with more than 1 bag. My dad had several medical suitcases and we had to split up our party and get an Uber because he wouldn't put all suitcases in the car like other drivers did.

Never showed up

No one was waiting for us outside the terminal. Our plane did arrive earlier then expected but not by much. we were waiting outside the terminal 3 exit at 12:10 pm and no one was waiting for us. We walk up and down the sidewalk near the exit and went inside multiple times and found no one. We even asked other pick up drivers if they were waiting for us. We sent you a message and called the phone number on the website and in the ticket details but it went straight to voicemail. Eventually we had to take a taxi as we got no response or contact from anyone. The one response we received was at 2:46 pm and the only response was hello. I also sent this whole story that same day and still no response nor offer for a refund.

Disappointment - Terrible Costumer Service

Don't recommend at all. They seem professional at first, but when problems arise (that they were well warned) their behavior start to be horrible. Terrible customer service, to the point where they answer the client ironically and lie to Viator when a refund is requested. Find another company, if you don't want to lose your money and/or patience.

Superlative and reliable service in the midst of a Rome taxi strike. The driver met us just outside baggage claim and escorted us to the van for the ride to our total. Definite recommendation for future travel.
