Horrible! I’ve used Viator multiple times in the past and always had a great experience. We booked an all day tour for Florence, Italy and received a cancellation email late that night (9 hours from departure). Absolutely ridiculous. This didn’t even allow us to be able to reschedule with another vendor and we are still waiting on the refund. Thanks for ruining our vacation. Do better!

Disappointing

The driver picked me up from our designated stop. He was friendly. Unfortunately his driving was questionable. He sped and used his phone whilst driving, not concentrating on the road. Once we got to Florence there was a walking tour organised, the guide was knowledgeable but hard to hear, it would of been better if she had an audio set for each person on the tour. The tour was fast paced and we had no time to absorb the beauty of Florence. We left and went to Pisa. We were left there with no guide. We wanted to climb the Leaning tower but were told we could not as we did not have a ticket. This should automatically be included in the package. I did not return with the tour. For the money that was paid, this tour was very disappointing.

I'm sorry for your review, it was a small group so I don't think earphones were needed, we try to create small groups just to have a situation of empathy with the guide instead of making large groups and giving earphones, also in the product there is written that in Pisa there is no guided tour and in 1 hour it is not possible to see piazza dei miracoli and be able to climb the tower
