We had an amazing experience with the number one driver in Europe, Luca, along with the wonderful Frederica. It was a long day, but every moment was worthwhile! The tour covers all the essential places to visit for both Pisa and Florence, in particular, climbing up the Tower of Pisa was breathtaking. Dina, our tour guide, was very professional and accommodating. We could decide and book our own restaurant of choice during lunch time at Florence. Dina shared relevant knowledge of Pisa and Florence. Our driver Max, our driver, was friendly and recommended a nice seafood restaurant for us after the trip in Rome. Stefano, our local guide in Florence, gave us in depth insight of the city as well as helped us take great pictures. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience on our private tour with Deena as our guide and Gianluca as our driver. Both were incredibly friendly, pleasant, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. Deena was especially knowledgeable and attentive—she went out of her way to accommodate our family’s food restrictions and allergies, which we deeply appreciated. Her insights added so much to our experience, and the itinerary was perfectly planned. We were able to see everything we wanted without feeling rushed—time management was spot on! We truly enjoyed every moment of the tour. Our only regret is that we couldn’t take a photo with Deena and Gianluca at the end, as our phone battery died. Still, the memories will last a lifetime. Fun, Laughs, and Beauty Ten stars!! Carola and Max were THE BEST! We were nervous taking such a long tour with 3 kids (ages 16, 8 and 7). I mean, the kids can get on our nerves after a few hours! But Carola and Max were wonderful. To start the day, I did not plan well and no one in our family had breakfast before our morning pick up. Fortunately , Carola checked in with us and made time for a quick breakfast stop. During the drive, Carola and Max were a great team and shared so much interesting information. They were especially kind to our kids who ask random questions! Our first scheduled stop was Florence. Max dropped us off so close, and Carola brought us right to where our Florence tour started. The tour was excellent, and Carola stayed with to make sure we had our tickets and directed us to bathrooms when needed. Carola also made an excellent recommendation for lunch. The food was amazing and the price was great! We then had a chance to shop with local vendors where we could buy quality products at great prices! When it was time to leave, Max picked us up so close to where we were, which we really appreciated because it was so hot! Our next stop was the leaning tower of Pisa. Our youngest 2 were not old enough to climb the tower, but Carola stayed with them and she got some excellent pictures of them "holding up the tower"! The kids had a blast! Carola ran to get our tickets for the cathedral while we enjoyed some gelato and shopping. The Cathedral was beautiful! It was time to head back to Rome, and this is where our unexpected issues arose. When we got in the van, our 16 year old could not find his phone. Carola and Max helped to search. It was so hot, and Max looked in every nook and cranny in the van. Unfortunately we never did recover the phone, but it was not for lack of trying from Carola and Max! Then, my daughter had 2 separate bathroom emergencies! There are not readily available gas stations like the states, so it proved to be challenging to find a bathroom for a little girl nearly in tears. But both times, Max found a safe place for us to pull over for my daughter to relieve herself. There were signs of relief in more ways than one! We ended up returning a few HOURS later than planned because of my family's unexpected issues, but Max and Carola were so kind and good to us. We felt so bad, but they were nothing but kind. We had so many good laughs along the way, and I will be forever grateful to them for making our trip one of the best moments for our family!

Federica and Max, our tour guides, were punctual and efficient, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible, adjusting the itinerary to suit our interests and preferences, making it a truly personalized experience.
