The worst tour ever! They changed the start time on us when, as a tourist, we had other things planned. We searched extensively for an option with a Spanish-speaking guide, and the day before, they informed us that "unfortunately, the guide wouldn't be joining us." We couldn't even book on the spot because everything was sold out. A terrible experience; it's best to look with another agency.

Nuestra guía Silvia demostró en todo momento amabilidad y mucho conocimiento de la historia de Roma y el Coliseo. A pesar de que topamos con fila par entrar al Coliseo y al Paladino la espera fue llevadera gracias a que utilizó este espacio para que hiciéramos preguntas y nos aclarara dudas. Pésima experiencia. La peor de todos los tours que he realizado. Con una guía que no conocía la materia ni las obras en detalle. Que consultaba una libreta constantemente para tratar de cumplir con su misión (lo que no logró). Fue un dinero muy mal pagado.
