Please meet us in front the Arch of Constantine. Your guide will be holding a Yellow Carpe Diem Tours flag or sign. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time. Late arrivals will not be eligible for refunds.

The organization could be improved. We lost about 10 minutes at the beginning because the radios weren’t ready for the tour.
That said, the guide was excellent—very knowledgeable and easy to follow, which made the experience enjoyable overall.

Our tour was amazing! The guide was wonderful. Made sure to interact with each member of th tour and made sure no one got lost/left behind with the crowds. We even got a nice quick bathroom break which was much needed. He answered everyone's questions and gave a wonderful tour with so much interesting information, it was really one of the best parts of our trip to rome.

Great small group tour with about 12 people in our group. Tour included about an hour inside the Colosseum then on to the Forum and Palatine Hill. Our guide brought us through security and checkpoints smoothly. Remember to bring passports (or photos of them). Lot of walking, but our guide kept it at a manageable pace. The tour also ends in the middle of the Forum, so you can feel free to explore more afterwards if you choose.

Giorgio was a fantastic guide and extremely knowledgeable. We had a group of 7 in total with four of us coming together. Absolutely perfect size group and a super efficient way to make sure you don’t miss all of the important sites. Would definitely recommend. Outdoors for most of the time, so dress appropriately. Bring water. Rough terrain, so wear hiking boots or shoes.

Paolo our tour guide was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and inclusive. Showed us photos of what the Colosseum used to look like, even gave us an example of how gladiators fought. Took care of our small group, especially when there were elderly people in our group.

We were extremely lucky to have gotten Paulo for our tour. We were wtih a group of 8 people and we all agreed that he knocked it out of the park. Paulo was so knowledgeable and passionate about the sites and information he was providing and it was impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed both spending an afternoon with him and all the history he shared with us. I particularly liked how he referred to Rome as "my city." He truly takes ownership of where he lives and prides himself in sharing it with visitors. Thank you very much for the experience and I hope some day we'll meet him again.

Our guide, Xenia, was fun, enthusiastic, knowledgeable. She helped lessen the discomfort of a long wait to get into the Forum and Palatine hill. The Coliseum was the best part, and Xenia brought us to the best viewpoint

What a fantastic 3 hour tour of historic Rome. So well done it felt like 30 minutes. Marianna our tour guide was wonderful she made it a 6 Star tour. Very welcoming, efficient, and knowledgeable. She knew so much about the history of the structures and locations. Super nice and personable she answered all our questions and more. Great size group (six people) vs the giant groups of 40 or more we breezed by. The small group size made the tour. Five Stars I highly recommend.

I am not surprised why this tour is so highly rated. Francesca is born to be a guide, she is so fun to be around, always joking. I was never bored. I also think she knows everyone and we were skipping all the lines lol. We were just a small group of 6, and everyone felt included, even if they had some mobility issues. That was so lovely. I totally loved the programme, it’s not just the colloseum but other places too. Everyone on my tour loved the last place where the other trips rarely go. I won’t say what it is to avoid a spoiler :) but I almost didnt wanna leave there. Grazie, Francesca!

Absolved the tour and all the valuable insights into Roman life that were given by our guide Danielle. To be able to go into the Colosseum and see the actual workings was terrific. Going early helped to beat the crowd. The Roman forum area was fascinating. Danielle accommodated a member of our group who needed a bathroom stop by going to a lesser used area early. Would thoroughly recommend this tour.

Visiting the Colosseum and Forum were bucket list items for our trip. Giorgio was a wonderful guide - very knowledgeable of Roman history, which we appreciated. Be prepared to walk (including many stairs) and wear comfortable shoes, but it was so worth it! Great tour!

Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic!! He went out of his way to know everyone's name (there were about 14 of us in the group). Everyone was fully engaged as he used his props, and some individuals in the group, to demonstrate aspects of ancient times in the Coliseum. The tour was very informative and fun. Would definitely recommend this tour.
