Worst Tour

It was the worst tour ever. I paid for a guided tour to the Colosseum that should have lasted 2 1/2 hours. I received 1hr tour of the streets. Besides the fact that I still had to buy a ticket to go in and I had to wait 4hrs to get into the colosseum. It was a very bad experience and tour. Worst I’ve ever had.

Unfortunately, your experience does not reflect the service that was originally booked. You arrived late to your scheduled tour, which resulted in missing the reserved entry tickets. As clearly stated at the time of booking, Colosseum tickets are strictly timed and non-refundable once missed. Despite this, our team made an effort to assist you by offering an alternative experience with the only availability we had at that time. Additionally, we issued a refund for all services except for the ticket cost, as those are a non-recoverable expense from the official ticket provider. We understand your disappointment, but we believe it is important to clarify that the situation arose due to late arrival rather than a failure in the service provided.
