Great afternoon making pizza, suppli and gelato with Chef Alessandro and drinking plenty of wine!! Perfect activity for solo travelers to mix with others in a fun casual environment. The cooking facility was spotless and Chef Alessandro was very patient with all the novice pizza and gelato makers. The pizza, suppli and gelato were absolutely delicious and we all had plenty to eat! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a break from Rome sightseeing!

This expereince was truly memorable for my wife, son and I! Chef Max and the staff were THE BEST! GRACI! The location was epic (right next to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill and the Forum. We did the Gelato, Pizza and my personal favorite - Suppli class. Again - Chef Max was extremely knowledgeable, fun, personable and relatable. We had a great group of folks from Ft. Worth, Ft. Lauderdale and Manhattan. Chef Max was very funny and matter of fact throughout the course. This place is worth the expereince and a great way to get away from the crowds!

Absolutely loved the Authentic Roman Pizza, Suppli & Gelato Workshop with Max! Atmosphere was just great, Max explained every step in advance, answered all 5000 questions and everyone felt in ease with him! 3 hours of workshop just flew, not even a second was boring. And honestly - can't recommend enough, don't know if it's possible to ask for specific chef in advance, but if possible, I absolutely would. It was a perfect way to spend the last evening in Rome. Thank you!!

Fun at cooking class

Venue was great and Chef Marco was very supportive and entertaining. The suppli and gelato were very tasty. For my taste, I would have preferred more chewy, Neapolitan style pizza crust. Overall the experience was very pleasant.

Max was beyond superb! We loved how he incorporated the history of the different regions of Italy, while explaining the ingredients and dishes we were making. Chef Jacob was a fantastic teacher. He was resourceful, patient and offered great tips. We discovered how easy it was to make the perfect strawberry gelato and a delicious lemon gelato. We made a pizza from dough to topping. Our recent discovery of Supplì here in Rome was another favorite and tasted wonderful. This is a Must Do when in Rome. The location was across from the Colosseum and was fun to revisit afterward. We highly recommend this cooking experience!

We were so looking forward to this class to close out our stay in Rome and it did not disappoint. The size of our class was perfect, it was relaxing and we had excellent instruction from Chef Max.
