The Pantheon gets 5 stars - this rating is for the specific tickets offered by this provider. We almost weren’t let in with the tickets we received because they said “Group” on them. We were told we could not enter through the individual timed entry line. Eventually they let us in but it was stressful. The experience was sold as individual entry but the tickets received were for a group entry (and there was no group to join).

This app is a rip off, I ordered tickets and they took payment, then I get email that they were not able to send tickets. They did not refund me for the cost of tickets , very disappointing!!!

We purchased 5 tickets and were able to get into the Pantheon at the time stated on the tickets. Please save yourself money by purchasing tickets directly from the Pantheon. The audio guide we were provided was Rick Steve's Pantheon audio guide, which is FREE on Rick Steve's app. Essentially, this company is making money off of Rick Steve's. I would like a portion of my money back.

We purchased the ticket with audio guide tour. Very easy - sent the tickets to us electronically, as well as the audio guide with pictures. Bring your headphones (we had AirPods to share and pressed play on one device to listen together). Walked right up to the woman scanning, didn’t even need to get in line. It was perfect! Would recommend.

Experience was nice and easy. Skip the line tickets were sent via email. We showed them and got in quickly. Before walking in we connected to the audio guide to hear the introduction. Then it led us in. We sat and enjoyed the rest. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Was contacted the day before saying the time we had booked was sold out. I said we would not be able to make the re suggested time so was told I was going to get a refund. Shortly after, the tickets were sent with original date.

The Pantheon is the most fascinating building, both historically and architecturally. Definitely not to be missed when visiting Rome. My only criticism is that despite having timed entrance tickets, the 'tickets' received upon booking are not the entrance tickets - they are sent by email about 24 hours before and need to be downloaded and/or printed. We did not have access to a printer and the Wi-Fi around the pantheon was patchy so it was complicated accessing the building & the staff are adamant that the 'confirmation tickets' are insufficient to gain access. Suggest downloading them and maybe taking a screenshot before you get to the area. Despite this, it's well worth a visit.

Vera was kind, patient, knowledgeable and impartial - an excellent tour guide. We needed to leave the tour early to catch a flight and she was helpful in facilitating that for us. Even though we did not receive the whole tour, we felt it was money well spent.

I found booking easy but I was worried that the audio and tickets wouldn’t arrive . The day of the tour I was told that we could not visit as arranged at 1030 as there was a religious event. I have waited 6 days for a refund after many emails.
What we found strange was that when we passed the Pantheon at 1030 tourists were going in ! NOT HAPPY !!!

We went to the Pantheon Sunday morning with this booking without having to wait in the long line to enter and ended up staying for the 1030 mass. It was beautiful! We did not utilize the audio guide (personal preference), but just having the skip-the-line ticket emailed directly to us was worth it!

This building has to be an everyone list of must sees in Rome - it is simply stunning. For me the best part was looking up and seeing the sun pouring through the dome!! The engineering is fantastic.
Signage for pre=booked ticket holders could be much better. The queues looked horrendous but actually moved quite quicklhy.

I was not able to get a ticket on the pantheon site, issues with the Italian payment system and my US credit card. Ended up playing double to get 9am tickets. Note: tickets were sent Via Whats app and the Audio Guide was and MP3 file from Rick Steve's, download a head of time.

It was an absolute mistake making this booking with Viator. They only sent 2 tickets not 3! They didn’t send the audio tour. They use a third party booking agent called binge who have appalling customer service. Refused to refund 1 ticket . Missed the trip and had to wait outside while my family went in without me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Waiting in an endless queue with a skip-the-line ticket that we pay twice as much while those who don’t have a ticket go 3 times faster to get in... A scam... Same thing for the Basilica with another site... We paid 28€ (while c free) and we waited 1h20 while the others passed us... Don’t make the same mistake!!!
