You don’t get to see anything extra

We were shown no extra secrets under the castle. We paid four times the entrance fee to just have a private guide but the promise of seeing things not normally seen with a normal ticket did not materialise. Don’t buy this tour it’s a con.

I lucked out and got a totally private tour, just me and the guide Fedrica. She was very friendly and gave a huge amount of information about the castle’s history. She was also very patient with me when I wanted to stop and take a few photos. Very nice view from the terrace. Thank you!
