WOW!! This was hands down the BEST day trip EVER. BOOK it!!! Johnny, our driver, was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just so much fun! He picked us up from our hotel in Rome and stopped to show us several cool places In the area before getting on the road to the coast. His Mercedes’ van was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed all of his stories he shared with his past clients (some of them famous)! He even brought us candy, told us history of the area, took us to lunch at the most dreamy authentic Italian restaurant with views on views overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea. We had plenty of time to shop and explore Sorrento and Positano and even swam in the gorgeous sea. At the end of the day, Johnny made us dinner reservations at a locals only Rome restaurant that was to die for!!! Wished he could have accompanied us the rest of our trip! He was AWESOME! If you see this “Johnny” please find me on Facebook (Courtney Mann). I could not find you under your “real” Italian name

Johnny (Giovanni) was wonderful! He knows Italy and loves his city of Rome so much. He was very knowledgeable about everything! We enjoyed our time with him and he took great care of us.
He arrived promptly at 8:30 and the poor guy didn’t drop us off till 9pm. He went above and beyond to make sure the time we had on the coast was special. The restaurant he took us took was lovely, heavy seafood. If you don’t do seafood then opt to go eat in town. I don’t eat seafood, but enjoyed the amazing Ravioli with a Limoncello Spritz and a beautiful view.
