Delightful tour guide

Lucille_P, Sep 2024

Bea was a delightful tour guide. Not as knowlledable as we would have expected. But we enjoyed her company and expertise for the afternoon. She customizes the tour based on tourist interest.

Response from Host, Sep 2024

Hello Lucille, We’re sorry to hear that your host was not quite as knowledgeable as you had expected, and we greatly appreciate your kind words that you found their company delightful. We are always on the lookout to help our hosts expand their knowledge whenever possible and we’re thrilled that your experience was still tailored to your preferences. We hope to host you again in the future to have another chance to show you how important our host’s knowledge is as much as your enjoyment of your experience. Warm regards, Kyle and the City Unscripted team.

Jerry D, Oct 2017

While we had requested a guide for the forum and other areas, he was not at all knowledgable. He did show us some churches near our hotel which he knew a lot about but did not accommodate our original request when we booked the tour.
