The only issue we have is that they confirmed but never confirmed the time until the morning. It was stressful to not know they were going to be there on time. We called Viator numerous times and they left a message. We also emailed them a couple of times. We never got a response until that day an hour before the time we requested. The communication was better.

Our driver never showed up. We waited for several hours outside the shift and finally had to get a taxi. Viator did get a hold of the company and I did receive my refund but wasted several hours standing in the heat.

Cruise ship transfer to FCO

We used this service for a private transfer from our Royal Caribbean cruise to FCO airport. The driver arrived early and was outside with a sign with our name. He got us to the airport safely and within about 45 minutes.

The listing on Viator as well as the price made it sound as if this was a round-trip transfer (AND vice versa). It was not. We paid $228 plus tip for a one-way transfer. The driver spoke zero English,. After contacting Viator, they also were unable to receive confirmation as their contacts spoke no English. Do not waste your money on this provider. I am also questioning using Viator in the future, as they assured me before we left on the trip that this was a round-trip transfer. Very disappointing!!!!!
