Vincenzo was great - he was waiting for us at the airport and arranged for a wonderful tour guide for our stop in Pompeii (Lena was amazing). He called ahead to our hotel in Positano so they were waiting for us to help with our bags, it was such a stress-free first day of our vacation after a long overnight flight thanks to Vincenzo! Would definitely recommend!

This tour would warrant a 5 star, except for a slight mishap regarding our pick up time. Thankfully this confusion only delayed us 2 hours. Thankfully tour operator quickly engaged the tour host, and sent a replacement driver. The tour host also complimentary paid our tour tickets to the next event, they were very apologetic about the error and did their best to make it right. The car was excellent, driver was safe and responsive.
