I booked this service from and to the Rome airport, and it was well worthwhile. The driver was waiting at the airport exit with a sign, and he was at our hotel door 5 minutes before our agreed upon time. We rode in a luxury auto for just a bit more than a taxi, and we relaxed and had no stress.

I would strongly consider using this service again. The driver was waiting for us at the hotel when we got downstairs. Check out took a little longer than expected, but the driver was patient and attentive. He also made the hotel staff aware that he was waiting for us and we were informed by hotel staff that he was there upon c/out. The drive to the airport was smooth and he was very accommodating.
