Laura made our papal audience an unforgettable and deeply meaningful experience. From the very beginning, she was organized, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through every step with ease and care. Her warmth and professionalism helped us feel comfortable and fully present during such a special moment. She shared insightful details that enriched our understanding and appreciation of the event. Everything was seamless thanks to her thoughtful planning and calm presence. We are truly grateful for her guidance and highly recommend Laura to anyone seeking a smooth, memorable, and spiritually uplifting papal audience experience.

It was helpful to have someone navigate entering the event and also provide suggestions as to where to sit.

This was awesome!!! Max brought us right to the fence where Pope Leo comes by. He also gave us a nice overview while heading in. Would highly recommend!

An early morning but great seats and an amazing guide! It was wonderful to share the experience of seeing Pope Leo with this wonderful group of people. Absolutely worth it!
Josephine_N, Dec 2025
We met on time at our meeting spot. Very well organized! We were able to get excellent seats and saw the Pope up front.
Deborah_G, Dec 2025
Worth the money. We had a front row seat as the pope drove by and we were very close to the stage. Guide was very informative and helpful!
Ann_K, Dec 2025
Great really enjoyed it. We had great seats and flew through security. We got great photos of pope leo. Unforgettable experience.

Honestly, I am so excited and very speechless that my baby boy was blessed by the Pope! And it wouldn’t be possible if we didn’t have Mark as our tour guide he was amazing

Our papal audience tour with Maria was amazing! She was patient, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Maria guided us to a great spot where we had an excellent view of Pope Leo, and she made sure we understood what was happening throughout the event.
Her warm personality and sense of humor made the morning both meaningful and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide — highly recommend Maria for anyone attending the papal audience!
We had to wake up early and be there to meet. Make sure that you wear comfortable shoes for walking and be ready to be in the sun, cold, or rain or both.

Having a guide who is knowledgeable, has good leadership skills and capable of getting her group in tact and securing great seats for viewing the Pope, gave us an unforgettable experience. Bravo Sabrina! We were fortunate to have you guide our group. We did this event Wednesday, Sept 24, 2025.

Unfortunately there was no event on the day I purchased and the vendor did not tell me or respond to my emails.

This was an easy but long line experience to see the pope. Location to meet guide was a large area that allowed a number of pilgrims to meet at one time

This tour gave us a phenomenal and up close experience. While the tickets are free, I highly recommend paying to go with a tour, it would have been difficult to navigate without a guide. Sandra was personable and a wonderful guide.
Chris_G, Jun 2025
If you look at this picture for the tour, that is how close we were. Guide knew where to go and got us there. We were in the front row and Pope Leo drove right past us. You have to hustle so if that is an issue, there is some quick walking/jogging I get you where you need to be when certain sections open up.

Our Argentinian guide was amazing! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. Her experience got us front row seats right in front of where the pope passed by allowing me to get the video of a lifetime. I highly recommend this tour.
Helga_B, Feb 2025
Was an amazing experience Sandra and Luciana were very good guides. Very good communication since the day we book the trip. Highly recommended.
Carol_L, Jan 2025
You should take a tour. Of course, it can be done on your own but it would be very confusing. Plus you get seats and not standing the entire time. Definitely worth paying for a tour.
Jane_E, Dec 2024
Wonderful experience with Luciana as she was very polite, fun, experienced, informational and got us up on the rail to see the Pope.
Patricia, Oct 2024
It was great to have everything organised.
Sandra was an excellent tour guide, very informative and helped us get the best view of the Pope

We had the Pope very close and it was a lovely experience but very poor service. You don’t leave the places as it says in the ad that are "prime spot", you watch at 6:40am in a nearby square, you get your tickets (it’s the ONLY plus because getting them is a mess) from there you walk at full speed to where the event is and you have to run for your life to get the best possible place, that is, you enter the general line of everyone and from that moment you are alone. The guide explained nothing more than a couple of details of the number of churches in Rome and ready, all this in the entry line, already in no explanation or information. An hour before the hearing started he asked us for the radios and said goodbye. He didn’t explain anything about the courtroom where we were (although he was asked twice and told us that at one point he would, it never happened), nor did he tell us that the hearing lasts about an hour (we arrived at 7:30 am or so and started at 10 pm, ended just after 11 am). The Pope greets a lot of people who line up (special passes, I suppose) and then goes out through the central corridor but many people did not know and tired of waiting for two hours decided to go. We held on and were able to greet him by hand but the guide ZERO information about it. Many people who had places on the shore lost them because they didn't know. He had to explain how it worked and the waiting time to know what to expect. We left there 12:30 or so. Yeah, because you've got the ticket secured, the rest of them aren't true. What bothered me the most is that I brought some smuggled "official rosaries of those who do not sell" for 25 euros each. You are in front of the Pope and you are buying contraband??? He brought them hidden in his bag and said, literally "if the Swiss guard sees me with this, it arrests me." He spent more than an hour selling his Rosaries to the group and when asked for the explanation, for the third time, he said "I already explained in line" and took the radios and left.
Several companies had their guides talk and talk and talk, they brought pictures, they brought the papal shield and they were explaining it, super complete... ours? selling Rosaries to the group.

It was wonderful, our guide Andréa a Peruvian who spoke very well Portuguese, was spectacular in addition to passing a lot of guidance and information, put us in a privileged place where the Pope passed twice well on our side. I have no words to describe the thrill of this experience of seeing our Pope so closely .
