The directions on what to do and where to meet were not clear it only provided the address. I was there 30 minutes prior to our meeting time and instructions did not advise that I needed to check in "inside" a different tour company names office. By the time I discovered the check line was so long that my group left without me. They gave me my ticket and told me I was on my own because I wasn't there on time. Again I was 30 minutes early. Very disappointing but luckily another tour group was willing to let me tag along with them.

What an experience for anyone. It was so moving and our tour guide made sure we were in the right spot to see the Pope go by in the popemobile. It was not enclosed that day so you really got to see him. We had seat while others who were not on a tour had to stand.

It was impossible to find meet up site. Hundreds of people and anywhere I asked they didn’t know. There is no entrance fee or tickets required. We were there at 7:15 and got good seats on our own.

This tour is NOT as advertised! We left too late from their office and they did NOT have seats reserved for us in St Peter’s square. All they did was give us a ticket and walked us to the main entry, to get in line with everyone else. Once through security, she said “Ok so the best place to sit is along an aisle.” Then sent us on our way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Everything they did, you can do yourself. We DID NOT, nor did anyone else, have to provide or show a ticket to get in.

Great tour. Very hot day. Guide knew where to seat us for best view of the Pope driving by. Fairly far back for the actual address but that was ok. Audio was good not great.

I very much enjoyed this excursion. I was able to get inside the auditorium with a reserved ticket to hear the pope speak. After his talk the pope strolled down up the auditorium to great people and i literally was a few feet away from him. Truly an amazing experience. The guide was lovely and gave us a ton of information re the vatican city, museum, etc. He got us through the security line and deposited us inside and only left when we were fully situated.
