We had an excellent experience. Our tour guide, Claudia, was very well organized, and all expectations were clearly communicated from the beginning. She was professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that everyone felt comfortable and informed throughout the tour. I highly recommend Claudia to anyone looking for an informative, enjoyable, and well-managed tour experience. Excellent job!!!

I do not recommend this experience with Claudia from Good Morning Italy Tours. She stopped our group twice to talk about things related to the Vatican while people rushed past us instead of focusing on securing good seats for the group. As a result, only I had the best seat while everyone else could see the Pope behind one or two other heads. Somebody please explain to her that the priority of this paid tour (we paid for a free experience to the public so we could get great seats) is to secure the best seats for everyone and once you have done that, while the group waits for the Pope to appear, then she can talk all she wants about the Vatican.

Good morning, really i don't understand your review. I can't like everyone and i accept it but you wrote is false first because i explain before the opening time of metal detector that usually is at 7,20/7,30 and then i provided you the seats close to the baluster to let you see well the Pope

The tour with Good Morning Italy and Claudia was excellent! Claudia is so informative and knowledgeable and also guided us to excellent seats to see the Pope as he processed through the crowd. Well organized and highly recommended!

Before you consider this one, think twice. I had tickets thinking I’d be able to skip the line and it would be worth the money. The meet point instructions were a joke…it named the Piazza but that was it! No indication of where in the Piazza or what type of banner they would be found holding….assuming they even had one. Crowds at the Papal Audience were huge…even at the 7am meet time! There were many tour companies scattered in the crowds and Itried to email the tour operator to find out where exactly they were at..finally heard back 2.5 hours later. No apology, no refund. We ended up just getting in line and found our own seats, which weren’t all that bad…probably as good or better than what they would get us. Don’t waste your money on what you can do easily yourself for FREE! I don’t see any advantages to pay for this ticket.

Your review is a fake. Read all the others reviews before you thanks. We have physically office in Piazza della Città Leonina 8 and simply you couldn't found us also if the day before i sent you by whatsapp the exactly position in which you had to show yourself at 6,40 am. Papal audience is free but in the price you paid you had the coffee and the explanations of Vatican and Rome with a licensed tour guide.

We were escorted to our group and then taken to seating. This was well worth it. The only thing we didn't get were headsets but maybe there wouldn't have been enough time to make use of them.

Tremendous tour guide!!! Very knowledgeable and precise with information! It helped that he’s an archeologist and is very well versed in his explanations about ancient history! I feel terrible that I’ve forgotten his name, but I sure hope you’ll know which tour guide I’m talking about!!
