Andrea was personal and very passionate about food, Rome and Italy. I learned a few things I will try at home in the kitchen! It was nice having the Chef all to ourselves so we could really get to know him and ask as many questions as we wanted. The food and wine was fantastic! Thank you Andrea!

Chef Andrea was wonderful! Our group were not experienced cooks, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time together. We had a lot of fun cooking and eating foods we had never experienced before and it was all great! We made seven different items and had wines paired with each course. A fine evening.

What can I say? Andrea managed to upstage the Colosseum, Vatican, St. Peter’s, and everything else in Rome. This was the best time my wife and I had in Rome. Andrea is FANTASTIC. We enjoyed food and drink all evening, and good conversation about culture, food, and people. Plus, we learned a ton about cooking, cuisine, and ingredients! I can’t recommend him highly enough. If you are remotely interested in food or cooking, this experience with Andrea is a MUST. We will certainly be back. Seriously - book with Andrea and experience the best of Rome!
