Different tour and time changed

Within 24 hrs of start of tour, I received text indicating tour changed to 2 hrs later conflicting with my other activity. Roma tours would not help and told to read fine print, to remedy situation by modifying my other plans. Tour offered was not same as chosen.

Bad experience

Had to wait in line due to ticket mixup by tour operator. Tour leader abandon us part way through tour and was unable to complete tour. I am asking for a refund.
